The office charged extra for annual physical exam even it is covered by the insurance company. Called the office and was told that a problem was discovered during the annual physical exam. Therefore, they charge more since they consider it as a sick visit. It wasn't like this before. It becomes ridiculous. They don't discuss your medical problem on the phone anymore, even it is a small issue. In order to review your issue, you have to go back so that they can book you as a sick visit. It's all about the money. It's time to change to another doctor.

Dr. Sun is amazing! I’ve define come in with a ton of questions and health concerns in the past and she’s helped me with every single one of them. She’s the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had!

Dr. Sun & Dr. Qu are simply the best internists out there. I would recommend them highly to treat or manage any condition. Their office is centrally located, great parking, easy to get an appointment and the doctors and staff go above and beyond for their patients. Their bedside manner and compassion is like no other!

She is an excellent internist and tries hard to address all of your concerns. She has no nurse, and does everything herself, so the downside is the wait can be quite long

Dr. Sun is an excellent doctor. Her diagnoses and treatments for me have always been on target. She is what we wish all our doctors would be: attentive, patient, caring, and professional. There's no feeling of being rushed through the appointment. The office staff is also professional, providing efficient and courteous support whether on the telephone or in the office.
