I was very surprised to find out from snotty Corinne that I need a referral before I get seen and I wasn't told this when I made the appointment. Then I was told " it's the patients responsibility" I WOULDN'T recommend this practice to anyone because of employees. Get rid of that troll Corinne she is nasty and I wouldn't be back if that was my first time there.

A friend highly recommended Dr. Weisfeld, so we made our appointments with his office. While making the appointment the staff had asked us all the question possible and taken note of our health plans, coverage etc. The day of appointment the office called us for a favor to come early, since they had cancellation. We went there two hours before our time, no thanks, but never mentioned they do not take credit cards and our plan is not covered there. The same group honored credit card and the same insurance plan for my husband's cataract surgery! They wasted our four great hours of beautiful morning and ruined the whole day. The staff is so cold no smile or warm welcome in the morning. If there is -3 star, the staff deserves that. Seems they are only for making money. no other sensitivity is found there. Never had a chance to test the Dr. their loss for this worst practice.

I have been going to Dr. Weisfeld for many years [as well as my wife and son] and all I can say is thank God. The good doctor and staff have literally saved my eyesight as I've already had cataract surgery and now being continually checked for borderline glaucoma.The office support staff, nurses and doctor are always extremely helpful and pleasant and go out of their way to make things right and comfortable.If you're looking for a top flight ophthalmologist and office staff to go with it, don't hesitate to contact Dr. Weisfeld.

My whole family has been coming here for years. I do feel their receptionist is a little unfriendly, however the doctors and medical assistants are wonderful! They always have been able to squeeze me in.

I have been seeing Dr. Weisfeld now for a number of years for an yearly checkup since my grandmother had glaucoma. I am also very nearsighted and started to need reading glasses as well. Dr. Weisfeld has always been very thorough with the checkups and explained to me the checks that's he's going to do (including putting on the different eye drops). He's also very efficient and very friendly. The only downside is it is not easy to get an appointment with him (requires 2 months for a checkup).

The doctor here is pleasant. I've been here twice. My last visit was two weeks ago, and I will not be returning. The Latina witch that works the front desk acts like she's entitled. God forbid you have to check your calendar to be sure you don't over book yourself or waste their time. Her attitude is worse than anyone I've ever met, and honestly the only thing she is entitled to, is a midol and a nap. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemies, unless the princess of darkness is released or gets an attitude adjustment. It's not your throne, it's a doctors office. Try treating people with respect, or maybe find a job you're happy at you evil troll.

This is the most pleasant and helpful eye doctor's office ever. The receptionist was pleasant and the nurse or tech who examined my eyes was kind, patient, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Weisfeld is extremely pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that the patient comes first in this office. I had an 8:30 AM appointment. I didn't wait at all and was finished in a half hour.

Dr. Weisfeld is very popular, and his office is always very busy. Be prepared to spend one hour or more no matter what time of day your appointment is. Appointments can be double or triple-booked, even the first ones in the A.M. or P.M. The doctor respects and treats his staff extremely well, but this does not carry over into how some of the staff treats the patients or each other. The technicians have some of the worst bedside manners I've ever seen. They are often rude and seem to have no respect or concern for the patients.

Very pleased with Dr. Weisfeld. He is professional and thorough.
