Dr Mark Tratenberg's attention wasn't focused on me and what I was saying. He asked questions that were unrelated to what I was trying to say. In mid sentence he had to leave to take a phone call and was even less attentive when he returned. He decided to do a blood test for a specific autoimmune disease. When I returned for a second visit with the results (which I had to go directly to Quest and have the blood drawn). He took a look at the tests and instantly said that he couldn't help me. What? I thought this was your profession to figure out autoimmune diseases. Order another blood test!! Nope. Very dismissive, couldn't be bothered, like I had wasted his time. His behavior toward me as the patient was appalling. I wouldn't recommend him for anything. Add on:. As you can see, someone reached out to discuss. I provided my information but was never contacted. So apparently my review was only for the people who thought about using him as a service provider. If you scroll, I am not the only one who was offended and thought he was very arrogant. I am stunned by the praise on the other reviews. I saw him twice and both times I wasn't taken seriously and he was condescending. Health care is very important so I will not settle for someone who doesn't think I am important!!

This is my first time at the office of Dr. Tratenberg. He is a very nice doctor, very thorough and had a sincere interest in what I am going through with my health. His office is friendly and professional.

Had some discomfort in my left thumb, And my family doctors suggested of rheumatologists if not a hand specialist. So I went The rheumatologist route and glad I did. Got two, small, strategically placed shots that immediately provided pain relief for my left thumb that's been bothering me for a year and a 1/2!! Thank you!!

Dr. Tratenberg is the best. He helped to diagnose me after 8 months of suffering with pain. He is amazing and has a great personality. The staff is amazing and very helpful. This office has accommodated me on short notice and is extremely supportive. I definitely recommend this office and Dr. Tratenberg.
