List of Nehal Mehta's Reviews
I have been getting treatment from Dr. Mehta for last 12 years and every visit I go to RESPACARE office I’m so happy to see welcoming happy faces, staff is very polite and helping . Dr. Mehta has been treating me for all these years and he is very knowledgeable in his field and up to date about the treatments. I trust my physician when he recommended any new treatment to improve my condition. And recommend him 💯 %. Thank you Dr. Mehta and the staff at RESPACARE 🙏
My son had COVID-19 so I couldn't go in person. We had a teladoc via home phone. He checked my previous history and latest chest X-rays. Pointed out items that he wanted to do follow-up on. Was very detailed and honest. Only complaint is that I can't see him until about 2 months. They are very booked which I guess is a good sign. I've been to respacare in the past so returning to the practice. All great doctors
Horrible customer service. I was referred to Dr. Mehta by a medical provider who knows him personally. when I called to schedule an appointment for my father, his receptionist was super firm and not welcoming at all. Soon after, I realized that it is not worth being part of his hostile environment. Definitely not worth calling to make an appointment, if you do: Have a credit card ready, it’s part of their welcoming protocol- no credit card, no appointment. What is that!? There are many great pulmonologist in the area. Personally, I love and see Dr. Lucas. She is amazing and her staff are super accommodating and efficient. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will warn my patients to avoid this place if they can.

I was sent to Dr. Mehta by my cardiologist. I did the home sleep study and went for the consultation. Dr. Mehta was on time and very professional . He took about 20 minutes explaining my results and answered the many questions I had. I did not wait long to get in and the office staff was pleasant . I would recommend his practice.
Starting seeing Dr. Mehta for a persistent cough. He is very thorough and is running many tests. Unfortunately getting in contact with him is impossible without an appointment. I have two more tests to take before my follow-up appointment with him (already scheduled). I tried to get the results of the 2 tests I already took as I am still coughing although I followed his medication recommendations. His staff refuses to have him call me back. Poor customer service.
Do not go to them at all. The Billing department is horrible. Their sleep study machine didn't work and they billed me twice that too when Insurance already paid them the first time. After the study no one contacted me for the CPAP machine. The whole test was for nothing. Beware of this business.
No need to ask questions he covers everything.
Took his time with us.... Great
If you want to avoid a law suit then this is NOT the place for you. Although the doctor is great it comes with a price. If you were seen before becareful. The billing staff will bill diagnosis codes that are unrelated to the visit of why you are seeing the doctor. What that means for you. Claims being denied and you ending up with medical bills. Why would they do this you ask ? Well it very simple. The office bills the insurance for example $900.00 then after the insurance does its deductions and sees the amount should be paid may only amount to $234.70. Well normally some office will write off the balance and some offices will bill you. If the claim is denied because of a pregnancy existing condition expect a bill for $900. And don't request records from Ellen she tells you that the doctor has to print the records she will tell you you get them whenever the doctor has time to print them ? Why are they being altered for some reason ? She is nasty and they have no policy on time line. The doctor might me great but the office very shady . The policy they give you does not state anything about requesting records they tell you one thing and then show another? Different prices ? They billing is done in office with Danielle and yet she could not explain anything? Maybe she is not very knowledgeable in billing or maybe they need time to cover up the illegal mistakes they made. How easy it is to be lazy but when it plays with other people's finances and then get well you can get the reords when the doctor has time seems scamish. Let's see how long this takes. To be continued. Stay tuned.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
