Came for a covid test for my child, was given all sorts of reasons they didn’t want to, including limited tests. My son had symptoms. Had we not really pressed and asked to speak to management and demand documentation that we were being refused that we received test, which was positive. They delayed sending info to health department for 5 days, per health department. Had we not been advocates and known our rights, been savvy, I don’t know what would happen. I’m appalled at this company’s treatment and attempt to the very minimum with a global health crisis. I would not recommend at all—or if you go, be prepared to advocate for your child.

Super easy to schedule an emergency appt online. Upload ID and insurance documents. Fast check in. XRay on site. Excellent service in an emergency situation and great service. Recommendation list of specialists to follow up w. Hands down I highly recommend them for Peds Emergency and it’s just a copay verses ER copay which is significantly higher. Hoping we don’t need to use them again but in the event of emergency we will!

Provided a urine sample for a test. I was told I would hear back in 2-3 days. A week later, I had not heard back and called to see the status of my test. They said there was no record of me ever requesting this test or providing a sample. They lost or misplaced my sample. They said I'd have to pay for another visit and be seen by a doctor again. Finally they agreed I could just come in to give another sample. I gave them another sample and a week later I had still not heard back. I called to see the status of my test and was told that I was given the wrong specimen container, so the test is void and could not be completed. I was told that PM Pediatrics is not the best place for this type of testing and that I would either have to come in and be seen again or that I should just go to my PCP instead.They handled this in an extremely unprofessional way, when the mistakes were theirs both times. They did not communicate with me or provide any resolution when I explained my situation. Be careful getting tests done here, who knows if you'll hear back.
