Dr. Cheng is incredibly attentive and professional. She takes the time to understand your issue and health status and never rushes her time with you. She is also always available and responsive. The staff of the group is also very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cheng is a very caring and professional doctor. She takes care of my 89 year old dad like he’s her own father. The other doctors in her office are also great. I’m very comfortable knowing that Dr. Cheng will always take good care of my dad.

Dr. Cheng as a doctor is fine, but the way the office is run I have a real problem with. Their mentality seems to be to get patients into the office for as many "check-ups" and "follow-ups" as possible regardless of whether they are necessary. My first time there was a new patient check-up which lasted about 20 minutes total. Then after my actual appointment they had me come in not long after just to talk about the results of my blood work. Again I was only there for a very short time. At this point I was disenchanted with the office not only for the pressure to make follow up appointments, but because they seem to always overbook appointments. If I had a 2pm appointment I was almost guaranteed to wait 30-40 minutes. In one instance when I actually got in to see Dr. Cheng she spent less than a half hour with me. Even after I expressed concerns about having symptoms of acid reflux (I had just turned 25 so it wasn't something I knew a lot about) and she brushed me off and didn't take the time to answer my questions. To be fair she wasn't like that in my one previous visit, but regardless of how rushed it is I think she could have taken 5 minutes to answer my questions. I returned once more only when I had a minor health scare and again I had a very very long wait before seeing Cheng, she saw me for a very short time (although it was a little more warranted this time), and she tried to schedule me for a totally unnecessary follow-up appointment. This is NOT a doctor's office I would recommend which is a shame because Dr. Cheng seems to be very competent.
