Srinivasa R. Potluri's Online Review Report Card

The physician and staff are wonderful. Honestly, he is one of the smartest and best I have ever seen. However, the billing department is atrocious. They submitted my billing to the wrong insurance and tried to bill me thousands of dollars. Despite three phone calls where I am told it will get fixed, I continue getting harassing messages from their web portal telling me I owe them money and that they did bill it correctly. I contacted my insurance, and they never received a bill. I went on my insurance portal and looked at every EOB for the past year, and there is no record of them submitting a bill. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they say one will call you back in the next five days. However, if you are working and cannot answer the phone, they just leave a message, and you have to call the main number again and schedule another call that comes at their convenience on whatever day they feel like in the next few days. I feel bad for those who just pay these erroneous bills because they do not have the knowledge, time, or patience to fight back. It is clear that they do not want to correct the problems. They just want to frustrate you until you give up and line their pockets with money they are not due.

I have been a patient of Dr. Potluri for awhile. He's a very nice man - but has an infuriating habit of cancelling appointments and making you reschedule, making you reschedule (which can take weeks...). I had one appointment that his office called and changed three times, resulting in an extensive delay in seeing him. Not respectful of a patient's time at all.

Dr. Potluri use to be my doctor when he worked in Lawrenceville. He was the best neurologist I've had. He's very patient and dont rush you out the office like some of these other neurologist I've been to.

Dr. Potluri is one of the best doctors I have. When you're with him in the exam room, you feel as if he's truly listening to you and your concerns. He asks many questions and works with you to find solutions you're comfortable with. He's flexible, thorough, and doesn't make any assumptions. I never feel rushed during my visits, as Dr. Potluri answers all questions and never seems like he is in a hurry to get to the next patient. I've never waited long to be seen. His office team is exceptional also. They are warm and very friendly. They work to get you the care and accommodations you need. They're so helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

Dr. Pottluri is a wonderful neurologist He was recommended to me by GP, Dr. Maria Auletta (also a simply wonderful doctor) for something minor, that I will not share here He is very professional with a calm demeanor He knows his stuff He answers any and all questions (and I ask a lotta questions) There is no rush to get you out the door, like some other doctors I have seen (I just hate that too) All of his staff are also very professional also If you need a neurologist, you can’t go wrong with Dr. Pottluri
