The place is very clean and well sanitized. The Therapists and staffs are all very good, kind, caring and compassionate. They treat everyone with respect. I am still in a little pain, but I know that with continued Physical therapy I will get better. The Therapists and staffs are God sent.

What can I say about the Physical Therapist who got me my life back? I’m forever grateful! Thank you Umair Khalid of Jag One!Me, I had emergency back surgery that turned out to be more complicated than originally thought.After the week stay in the hospital, I was told to wait 6 more weeks before I could start PT.It’s hard to keep me down. And it was hard for me to stay down.I’m a 6’ 1” tall gal and I’ve played sports competitively ever since I can remember - basketball and field hockey at Wake Forest, a Division 1 school.So as a longtime athlete, as you can imagine, I’ve seen more than my share of Physical Therapists and Dr’s offices. Jag One is my favorite.One of the things that is unique about Umair and his awesome team of assistants is the attention that they give to not just me, but to every client who comes to him to heal.Physical therapy for a lot of people is a necessary evil and frustrating and that can make itself known by a lackluster effort by me and by everybody. But folks are happy to be there thanks to Umair.Every single person I’ve seen there is serious about getting better. They work hard. Lots of groans but there’s often laugher as well.They put themselves in Umair’s care and are grateful for his smarts and patience. And humor.Umair:is the director of Jag One’s Montague St’s office where his team and clients are happy to work with him.is great hands at hands on. His palpating and massage techniques get those tough stuck muscles unstuck so I can have full range of motion and get my strength back.is careful and will correct my form while I’m doing the exercises.is enthusiastic as I am about my progress.To say you can’t go wrong with working with Umair and his team is an understatement. I now can play golf without any pain. My range of motion is back to where it was pre surgery.Now he has started working on my foot. That’s going smoothly as well and I’m confident it will be fixed within the month.Lastly, Jag One is on the Hospital for Special Surgery’s (HSS) list of Physical Therapy offices so it’s not just me that believes Jag One is the best. Jag One is also chosen by a prestigious hospital.

The atmosphere at JAG-ONE, Montague Street, is always so friendly and professional. Umair is an excellent Physical Therapist who takes his time when he works with you. Umair has an amazing team who look after you and make sure you are getting your full sessions worth of care and results. Very happy with their services!

Yes jag one at montique street deserves a 5 stars from the time I started doing therapy that's where i went ,it was a different team then when i started & they were great, & now it's a new team and they are also great & warm and polite people ,they take the time to listen to your concerns, so i give them the highest score at 5.

From my first day scheduling an appointment the staff understood the importance of my disability which is hard of hearing which makes it difficult for me to lip read via mask rules.But they worked outside the box and showed their compassion.
