Jag Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Hey, I have ripped my ankle up pretty bad and Jag One got me back where I needed to be! All staff being so helpful from check in, PT assistants, and the PT themselves. I felt the schedule they made was specifically for me and my injury. I would recommend anyone to see Mike, Heather, and Maria for their own recovery.

The staff and especially my therapist, are very professional, friendly and accommodating.

The staff are very engaged, mindful and ask the right questions. Neha gave excellent guidance. She is very knowledgeable, and pays close attention to ensure proper and appropriate care is given. The entire staff including Anthony, Mike, and Heather are very pleasant and attentive. I have seen progress and would recommend Jag-One to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery.

Thanks to all the lovely folks aty JagOne PT. Every appointment took me one step closer (literally!) to a complete healing. They did not just take me back to normal, They improved my stregnth, endurance and flexibility. and gave me a better normal!

I have been going to JAG-ONE Physical Therapy for different body parts over many years. More recently for a broken knee cap. Mike, Anthony and Heather and the other staff members are so good at what they do. They treat you like family so you know they are taking good cate care of you. Keep up the good work. Very easy going Staff, who work hard and focus on helping people :-)

Very nice and organized staff, flexible with appointment bookings. Mike and his staff got me to a great place with my knee shortly after surgery. They helped provide exercises for me while at home and ensured my progress was on track.

This place only focuses on quantity and not quality.    They give the therapists multiple patients in one hour and expect so much of them.  I understand that it gets busy but at the same token you have to focus on what the patient is there for.  Some patients catch on quicker than others and some are elderly who needs your undivided attention.  I even see the therapists not going to lunch (AS BY LAW IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE AT LEAST AN HALF HOUR) and there is no order.  You never know what therapist you will get when you go every week.  They are always letting the good ones go who care and claim it's " the company is moving in a different direction".   Bunch of nonsense.  I am in the corporate world and we use the same jargon.  Idk if they have monthly meetings to hear what their therapist thinks or suggestions but I think that's what should be done.   They expect blood out of the therapists taking on 6 patients in one hour.  I am very observant!  Hear your therapists out.  I see a lot of patients leave as well and I am about to be one also.  Management needs to make moves and care about patients and staff before you sink!  Stop recycling GREAT THERAPISTS and keep your assistances!  Upper management needs to visit these places and learn how to speak and listen to their workers!
