I travel from Harlem for therapeutic services and they're awesome.Speaking candidly, I entered with excruciating pain and not in the best mood because of it, but after 2 weeks of good counsel and intentional exercise, I feel so much better. It can be stressful fitting another need into an already packed day, but they never hurry you and show the greatest flexibility in scheduling to accommodate when they can.

Jesse and the team have been great during my recovery. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They do a great job of monitoring progress and updating your program based on how your recovery is going.

I and my family have been clients of Jesse Simon's for many years and through many different rehabs. He has always been a skilled professional, an excellent manager, and a genuinely nice guy to deal with.

Been going to JAG-ONE for about 2-3 weeks now and so far its a relaxing, friendly but yet professional environment and very sanitary. And because of my rotator cuff injury lets see what the next 10 to 11 months will bring.

I had raptured my quadricep tendon and after a month of my surgery I went to JagOne physical therapy In Brooklyn. I have had the pleasure of receiving services at Jag One for many years for various injuries. The staff is knowledgeable, warm, and professional. I can’t say enough great things about Jesse and his staff!

Really good team here, they are super kind and dedicated. A bit awkward at first cause there are 4-6 other people receiving treatment in the smaller space, but it becomes natural. (Also hear they are moving into a bigger space soon)

I have never in my life been to a more unprofessional facility. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was not returning. The PT did not review any of the records my previous facility sent over which detailed my extensive treatment from the last 4 months. My PT then proceeded to instruct me to do wildly inappropriate stretches and exercises that were strictly prohibited for spinal injuries such as my own. I have put in a complaint to my insurance company and will be calling the NYS Health Dept. This facility should be shut down, I cannot imagine how many people were further injured after treatment here and had I not spoken up and refused to do the stretches, I would have needed emergent surgery.
