I am a patient of Jag-One Physical Therapy office located on 1414 New Kirk Avenue. I came there after orthopedic trauma. I got excellent care and attention to my problem. A special thanks to Tetyana Gorodetskaya, PTA and Saloni Trivedi, PT, who provide me with a great treatment on my way to the recovery. Both of them very professional, thoughtful physicians. Thank you for your great job!

12:30 pm friday i call for the appointment. The lady was so rude.she hanged up phone on me.i never saw this kind of attitude in my whole life .you have to be generois and humble. I accept i was repeating her twice because of my kids .but she has to understand this.

I receive great treatment at JAG-ONE. The care one receives from staff there is very attentive. They take their time in asking questions and explaining what is being done for your specific needs. Everyone there wears masks and the therapy rooms are constantly cleaned. Luckily for me, the location of the place wound up being close to where I live. Should be back to work soon.Would recommend anyone to go there Two thumbs up!!!!! 👍👍

1)Great therapy exercise, 2) Always monitoring that you are doing the exercises right and 3) They always make sure that the equipment is sanitized after every patient.

I was sent to this facility by my doctor and I met with Saloni Trivedi, Therapist. An awesome and caring individual. She bonds with her patients and get to know them individually and work personally with each person making feel special. Lovely young lady who takes her profession seriously. I highly recommend her service at Jag One. All the other people are awesome too.

Jagone has made my recovery process tremendously smooth. I really enjoyed the great personality, professionalism, efficiency, and proficiency in their everyday service. Mr. Jerome and the whole team are exceptional. Long story short, I will recommend any of my friend and relatives to Jagone. I personally won't go to for physical therapy anywhere else but to Jagone Physical Therapy at 1414 Newkirk Avenue in Brooklyn New York!

I have been coming to Jag One at 1414 Newkirk Ave since November 2021. I like coming here as my therapists are professional, efficient and the place is spotless. It runs like a well oiled machine. It has a very positive atmosphere. If you need Physical therapy you should only come here.

I went thr for my back pain a month ago which disappeared with one tharepy done by svetaa or shvetta, was awesome, but after 4 days my index finger n thumb start tingling n numb and was getting worse day by day, then after 2 weeks she did some tharepy for this issue but its still same, now done appointment with Dr simhae, treatment is in process n dr is asking for MRI for my hand.
