He’s a great listener, he seems to genuinely care and he allows you to speak without cutting you short. He is very professional and everything I look for in a Doctor. He saved my dad’s life. When I brought my father to come see him 5 years ago, my fathers heart function was at 15%, with he dedicated care my dad’s heart function is now at 50%. Him and his staff are truly caring and attentive.

Dr. Szawlewicz is an excellent doctor but more than that I feel extremely comfortable talking with him. You will know within minutes of meeting him why he is so highly recommended!

I think Dr S is very friendly and competent. I had two concerns recently. I had an issue with blood sodium that he said he would monitor, but I went to my hemo doctor and he explained it was electrolytes and I could fix it with Pedialyte. The second issue I had with Dr S is that my blood pressure spiked at my recent appt and he wanted to discuss more meds. I refused because my bp fluctuates due to a valve issue. I have been monitoring it this week and my bp is normal range except for 1 spike. In an unrelated issue, almost every time I give blood at the lab, the injection is painful and I get local internal bleeding. Not normal!!! Sorry... You asked.
