I have been with dr Hargrave for many years and think he is wonderful although I am leaving him because of the change to inspira. It is a nightmare to get an appt and the office is a disgrace, workers seem unhappy as do the doctors about the change. It’s a shame that such a good group of doctors were forced in with inspira and losing so much of their following because of it. They never call you back and when you’re sick you wait weeks to get in.

I have been going for years I call they put me in the right direction!! Now it's a nightmare!!! I have been waiting I dont know how long. I'm sick I think I have the flu they keep putting me on hold!! Worse thing they ever did to go with inspria!! Now I'm going to have to find a new dr. You really need to do something with your horrible system!! I'm not 5he only one complaining eith!!!

Dr. Hargrave gives you his undivided attention. He is always thorough and never steers you wrong. He is a fantastic physician.

The wait times can be a bit long but Dr. Peterson, and Dr. Hargrave have proven themselves as reliable and intelligent doctors. I have not had the pleasure of meeting any other medical professionals on staff but given the consistent quality of service I feel I can assume that they're just as reliable. Overall it has been a positive experience for me. I would also like to add that as of today I have never had a negative experience with the office staff, they all seem like good people who do their jobs well.
