I give 00000. First and last visit, worse medical center ever. The kids on the from desk is nice but the others workers treats people like nothing. Everyone have a bad actitud, no one talk to you nicely. The Puerto rican girl speak Spanish when she wants and not when is needed, I saw many person saying that they don’t speak English and she didn’t care. We spent 3 hrs for my kid first visit. No vallan a esta clínica los trataran mal y las espera y muy prolongada.

I would give 0 stars if I could the absolute worse doctors office in the state if not country!! Literally the second visit in a row I waited 45 min or longer after I got into the room. And all I was there for was to get my albuterol script refilled which is already the biggest waste of time. I've had asthma sine I was 8 im 33 it is not going away and NOTHING you do makes it better!! Literally force me come on to get a script I need to live and I'm there for an hour and a half and would of been longer had I not freaked out!!! Absolutely terrible and a waste of time thank you!!

I wish if I could give a zero star. Today I went to check my child teeth at the dental doctor " the lady who working in the reception she's really very mean she has a bad attitude she has angry face never smile never say thank you never say have a good day because absolutely she's Racist she doesn't like my look as a Muslim covering my hair. I asked her to give me another appointment she brought the appointment papers and gave it to me without to say what day and what date. But in the same time when she saw another lady looks like her color and same culture too she's smiling and welcome her and said to her have a good day. She trying to tell me how she's disrespect people who are not same her color and her culture. I'm not feeling safe with any racist people so I promise next time if she act like racist and disrespectful I will definitely call 911. Have respect guys it doesn't matter where you from or what's your color don't judge we all human should respect each other okay.

Severe lack of actual care, listening to concerns of patients, & communication between doctors. If you are pregnant, I'd recommend looking for an office/staff that actually cares (not here) about discussing your concerns and not a place that herds you in & out like cattle while barely scraping the bare minimum or turns a blind eye to genuine problem with your unborn child. The staff might be friendly but they should be ashamed of what they call 'care' because they a far from it. I feel sorry for anyone that enters this facility. DO BETTER!!!!!!

I am very disappointed in how they staff treat their patients, I get an colonoscopy tomorrow with my insurance I need a referral, so many people in the front said that they will do it and never did it , mind you they have gotten a notice since April 4 and they just now want to do my referral after I had to call so many times and speak to the boss . Worst place ever

I Am writing this for my BFF as she is enduring severe tooth pain and going through chemotherapy...But the worst is seeing her in tears while explaining how this institution disregarded her pain and ignores her request. This facility needs a complete overhaul or just shutdown for malpractice. They have no empathy for their patients. The Leadership should be ashamed of themselves. They should ALL lose their licenses. Shameless, Spineless, Heartless medical facility. All that hard work to receive a PhD for what? May God Have Mercy on your souls. Oh and this Google review is not the end of this...I will be making an official compliant Monday Morning!!! Cause I have ALLLL DAYYY! CAUSE I HAVE ALL DAY!

If i can give 0 stars i will , this place is horrible they almost gave my baby vaccines she didn't need nurse seemed confused on paper work in front of her so as I watched her look confused I asked is everything ok. Previous to nurse coming in I asked the doctor if it was ok for baby to get all vaccines together because as too my knowledge she was up to date with all her vaccines expect one that they didn't have during her last visit. She yes it is ok but seeing the nurse so confused I knew something was wrong and asked. She brought in a chart to show me at what age they receive certain vaccines but that still didn’t make me feel ok she didn't seem confident in what she was saying. We proceeded and only gave baby one vaccine but as you can see in picture she walked out to get me the correct paperwork and left the used needle on the table. Aside from all of this the wait time is horrible my appointment was at 1pm and now at 3:55 is that I am on my way home.

I don't even know what to rate this place because i wasn't even given the opportunity to see anyone. I made an appointment after a week of trying to speak with a representative. I was told the next available appointment with my provider would be 2 months from the date of making the appointment. (Which i accepted given the high volume of people i assume are making appointments) I waited 2 months. The day of the appointment. Literally 30 minutes before i am to be seen, i receive a call. I am notified that the provider that i am supposed to see is no longer employed with the company and the next available appointment would be 1 month from now. Suffice to say i will not be utilizing their services in the future.

Terrible place do not recommend!! Went in for an appointment to see a Doctor. They got me in the room. Nurse was really really unprofessional. Never experienced anything like it. And then the best part came. I waited and waited and waited for the Doctor to come see me until 55 minutes later went by and I decided to just leave and take my business somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. not worth jt

Stop going to this office The building was covered with bugs in summer time, outside and inside near the front door. You have to wait 1 hour or longer for someone to pick up the phone to schedule an appointment. All the staffs are rude, never say hi or good morning! The doctor that my mom been seeing, she was extremely incompetent for what she’s doing . I don’t think I will ever go back!!!
