Save your copay $ and find another doctors office. You will literally be wasting your money. What doctors office doesn't have 1) covid tests 2) strep throat swab. Seriously, I couldn't even get a diagnosis or anything ruled out. Unprofessional practice. Not the NPs fault . We are on the hunt for another practice.

This office treated my friend is a cruel, obscene, unprofessional, and asinine manner. They decided it was more important to insult her than to actually use a proper diagnosis code to get paid by her health insurance. I've literally never heard of such a thing. The role of the office management at a doctor's office is to ensure things are paid for, not to cattily insult patients. Disgusting behavior on their part

I would rate 0 stars if possible, the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. Called to make appointments for my sister and I and they claimed they can’t do two physicals on the same day since each doctor can only preform one physical each day. Every year we have gone on the same day and seen the same doctor. Then we asked to see another and she said “no.” I’ve always had bad experiences with the staff but this was the cherry on top. Most of the times I call I usually need to call a few times to even get an answer and don’t even bother call an hour or two before they close since they most likely won’t pick up the phone. Worst staff ever. Highly DO NOT recommend.

They claim to close at 5 but they stop answering the phone at 4. So call first thing in the morning or show up in person so they can’t ignore you.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff is extremely rude. The woman in the "business" office who says she's been there 20 years has a superiority complex. I guess I would to if I was in my 50's (and it shows), still working as a glorified receptionist. If you don't like your job, quit. It's called healthcare.... Primary root word is Care!

Place is turning around with the new pa-c... I do miss my PCP Dr Barbara Moront. She was the most compassionate. They didn't give warning when she was leaving I saw her on her last day... It was not professional for SRMA to not tell her any of her patients of her no longer practicing.... It's unethical.
