Dr. Lamotta has been nothing but a great doctor every step of the way since I moved to New Jersey in 2018 now we are in 2021 he’s still just as awesome. Overall best doctor I had in years.

I should give "0" stars - I have never been so disappointed in a doctors office in all my life! WHEN I NEED THEM THE MOST. Today has is 2 full weeks trying to reach Dr Lamotta & he nor anyone of the staff has called me on his behalf! I'm in constant pain & made an appt with another GYN that I see on 8/8 (if I make it that far & the cyst doesn't burst ending me in the ER!) This is totally unacceptable for a NEW patient who came in with an issue, was told to wait 6 weeks, got test done, advised SJ Radiology to also fwd to my family doc for his records,. My family dr calls me 2 days later & says get in GYN ASAP?? That was 7/17!! I left so many phone messages, email messages thru "My Cooper" that were never even read!! Friday I blasted them on Facebook & got patient services who called right away to get details.. & this am 7/29, patient services must have reached the mgr of that office because I get an email from that office with apology (forwarded to Dr Lamotta) asking if I want to come there 8/6 - nah, I'd rather wait & be in pain & take the risk. Thanks for nothing! Not a good way to treat NEW patients with an issue or anyone for that matter ! TOTAL LET DOWN, ESPECIALLY WHEN I NEEDED THEM THE MOST!

I was shocked at how unprofessional and rude Dr. La Motta was considering his profession and the fact that he is Cooper affiliated. He is judgemental. I felt skeeved out before, after, and during the short exam. Also I told him I'd have my retired doctor's office send over my history/papers and he told me that it's not necessary, that it didn't matter for him to have my OBGYN medical history. I'd have to disagree. Currently looking for a new doctor, a professional one.

He talked down to me because I was a teen mom then was so much in a rush to get my c-section done he didn't wait till I was numb enough which sent me into extreme shock and he cut my baby's face open during it! Never would see that man again!!
