Dr..McMillan repaired both my shoulders 3 years apart. Both shoulders are good as new, and I highly recommend him for his caring attitude as well.
Doc McMillian fixed my torn labrum rickey tick...best doc I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Thanks.
I have had more than my share of orthopaedic doctors. By far he is hands down the best. Very attentive to your needs as weel as knowledgeable. After him no one compares. Full thickness tear on my rotator cuff made good as new and bi lateral carpal tunnel the same. Best in the game he is!!
Dr. McMillan is the best orthopedic surgeon!!! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients! He actually listens and strives to make a difference in the lives of his patients to get them back to where they want to be. I have horrible unstable joints, and he fixed my hips and helped me get back to doing the things I love!
Dr Sean mcmillan is the kindest and most honest orthopedic surgeon I have ever seen.im a very complicated case.i have alot of multiple problems. .from many arthritis problems bad knee surgery done by reconstru time prthopedics.to badback problems done by dr.orin atlas.he did experimental ba ck surgery without telling me.try finding any doctor to touch problems by other docs.noone will tough you..he hade try acupuncture first as he knows more surgery scare me.even though they squeezed me in he took time with me and explained everything.the best bedside manor I have ever seenIf you could only right one sentence I would say.if your sick of just being a number on a schedule go to a doctor who is kind listens and let's you talk..best and honest with you
I love Dr. McMillan! I had a few procedures done by him on my right knee & my right knee was horrible. My kneecap was in the wrong place & it kept slipping out of place, I have arthritis in my knee & pieces of bone were floating around the fluid in my knee. (I'm only 27 so all of these problems were very frustrating for me.) When I saw Dr. McMillan the first time last year in 2020 he looked over my X-rays and MRI and did a physical and easily identified the issues & I had the option of surgery or trying physical therapy. I went for surgery since I'm so young and didn't want my knee to get progressively worse. I was quickly scheduled for surgery (it got delayed due to COVID which wasn't their fault but even when COVID first hit they took care of me and got me rescheduled as soon as they were allowed to open again). I had complications from surgery in my knee- my knee locked up due to a lot of scar tissue in my knee from the surgery which wasn't anybodys fault, my knee just easily scars. He did 2 manual manipulations on my knee to break up the scar tissue which helped a lot and when the scar tissue came back he went back in and removed it. I was a pretty frustrating patient because my knee was scarring so easily. But with my last procedure to remove the scar tissue I had quick progress in my knee and with continued physical therapy with a therapist who specializes in scar tissue, my knee has gotten tremendously better. I almost have full range of my knee and my kneecap no longer slips out of place or gives me pain from walking. I'd recommend him to anyone because even when my knee was so frustrating and I wanted to give up, Dr. McMillan didn't and wasn't going to until my knee was fixed. I could tell he cared and wanted to see me get better & he always had a solution and was always willing to work with me.
Dr. McMillan is a fantastic surgeon. I walked out of the hospital after knee surgery and have had no pain since. He has a great bedside manner.
Two elbow surgeries: great doctor!
After almost 20 years of being told I was too young to have a knee problem, PT, negative MRI’s, & cortisone injections I finally found someone who listened. Dr. Mc Millan listened to me and read through my history. He fixed a meniscus tear that others had missed for years and I healed perfectly and felt brand new with no chronic pain! I just had a second repair on the same knee after an unfortunate and traumatic fall. After a week post-op I feel amazing and look forward to another successful rehab. Dr. Mc Millan has helped me feel like a person my age should without dismissing my pain like so many others. I am so thankful for his caring attitude and skill.
Great experiences. He has helped me through 2 surgeries. Torn bicep and shredded rotator then 2 years later carpal tunnel.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
