Dr. McMillan is the best orthopedic surgeon!!! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients! He actually listens and strives to make a difference in the lives of his patients to get them back to where they want to be. I have horrible unstable joints, and he fixed my hips and helped me get back to doing the things I love!

I cannot say enough about Dr. McMillian’s unparalleled care and medical expertise. When I was considering surgeons to repair my knee, Dr. McMillian’s name kept coming to my attention. PTs, nurses, fellow runners and peers in the medical industry spoke very highly about Dr. McMillian’s expertise and bedside manner. When I met with Dr. McMillian for the first time, he evaluated my unique condition and offered treatment options to determine the best course of action before suggesting surgery. Throughout his care, he always had an incredibly positive, flexible outlook and a knowledge of numerous resources/options spanning diagnosis, rehabilitation, and surgery. Dr. McMillian has an infectious energy level! His credentials and experience, including his role as VP for the AOAO, clearly underscores his constant dedication to learning and leading. We are lucky to have Dr. Sean McMillian in South Jersey!

Great surgeon, highly recommend

Dr. McMillan did an incredible job on my shoulder. He somehow managed to repair and not reconstruct my rotator cuff; saving me weeks of recovery time! He is a very focused surgeon and really cares about the well being of his patients! I highly recommend him for any surgical procedure!

Dr McMillan has done 3 surgeries on me over the course of a year (2021) all of which were a success. He has a great bedside manner with me and when i come into his office for follow up visits he treats me like a friend. He is very wise and knows just what to do to correct the problem. i would highly recommend Dr Sean McMillan to an who needs an Orthopedists especially if you have shoulder or knee issues.

Although I was admittedly reluctant to see a surgeon about my knee, Dr. McMillan quickly put all of my fears and concern to rest. Dr. McMillan’s office and bedside manner was caring and compassionate. He expertly reviewed all of my treatment options and patiently answered all of my questions. His bedside manner, while amazing, proved second to his surgical expertise. My knee feels better then it has in years!

I had first went to this office over 13 years ago. Recently a few years ago I had to start seeing an orthopedic again for various different issues. So I started going back to this office where I started seeing Shawn McMillan. He is awesome he’s very nice caring he explains everything to you of what needs to be done and he walks you through it every step of the way. I was not able to have an MRI done due to my anxiety with small spaces, so I had the procedure of the Mi-eye done a few times, it was an awesome alternative. When I go to see Shawn McMillan I don’t really feel as though I’m going to see a doctor and I love that feeling. I’ve been having to see him so many times that that place is more like family than it is a doctors office. I have never waited longer than maybe 10 minutes to see him, as soon as I get in the Room in the back to see him I have never waited anymore then maybe 3 to 4 minutes for him to come in.
