My husband and I and my children when they still lived at home all were patients of Dr. J. We have AWAYS been happy! Not only he is a great doctor but he is also a great person, he listens and clearly explains questions in detail. We higly recommend him!

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the clerical staff of Hickory Run Family Practice. Dr. J is absolutely wonderful. He addresses all concerns, is very thorough, is very warm & friendly. His front desk staff however, need some adjustments. The front desk can be very inattentive & rude. They stand behind the desk talking with each other when somebody needs help. They have been rude on the phone, when you are just trying to relay the issue, They were fine before they joined HHC system.

Totally missed my daughter's diagnosis of Lyme Disease. Said if was a migraine and gave her pain meds. Very nice man.
