Dr Green Im your patient. On last visit u gave me a script for some creme in which i cannot afford. Health insurance didnt cover it. Plus im on a fix income. Called your office in Marton NJ speak with a young lady about my issue. Ask her if she would get in touch with you and send out another script that would cover the cost and she told me no. Its my medicine not hers. Ms Melva Miller.

A year ago I mentioned to Dr Green that, as baldness runs in my famly, for 56 years I have washed my hair every day, rubbing my scalp vigorously for 5 minutes. As people age the blood vessels recede from the scalp's surface and the daily massaging keeps the vessels healthy. As I still have a full head of hair it has worked. Thirty years ago, my sister in law accused me of wearing a wig. During my June '22 visit with Dr Green, when he inspected my scalp (barely noticed by me at the time) he rubbed my scalp lightly while sayng to his assistant: "Look at me, I am growing hair!" I actually gave him a good rating following the visit; but his words stuck in my mind! Why would he do and say that? Upon reconsiderng his remarks to the Assistant, it seemed to me that he had made light of my scalp massaging practice to his Assistant 'before' seeing me, and subsequently, during the scalp inspection, made fun of me by rubbing my scalp and making his needless 'jocular' insulting remark.

Love Dr Green. Whenever I need to see him, however I have to wait 2-3 months as a new patient. I tried to again to make an appointment and left my name and number and type of insurance and no return call. I tried a second time and got the same message and I hung up. I'm done trying. Sad.
