Kathleen Schaeffer's Online Review Report Card

Dr Schaeffer delivered my daughter Grace via C-section and will deliver my son this next month. She is extremely educated, patient, caring and gives you lots of time at every appt. Never in a rush to get you out. She has been a blessing to our family and I fully trust her.

I've been having extreme pain on my left pelvic. Been to emergency room 2x . Had ultrasound inside and out with only showing thickness in my uterus Had a biopsy by the doctor only to tell me she didn't get enough so now I need a D&C. On my 1st visit with her without ANY TEST DONE. Proceeded to tell me that sometimes we don't know why pain is there and advised me to try pain management. Without any tests done yet. I told her absolutely not will I not to pain management without knowingwhy The more I think about of what she said my 1st visit I absolutely do not trust her to do my D&C. guess I'll be looking for someone who believes me and does the right thing

She was the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen and met in my life. This is coming from someone who has worked closely with drs for over 15 years. She was not kind, not caring and not an ounce of compassion, sympathy or understanding. She was a pill and iud pusher (although she was aware I was on the pill for over 16yrs). She did not care to get to the bottom of my major issues (from crippling debilitating pain and cramps, extreme/heavily bleeding for weeks to months, etc). She was sooo horrible my pcp finally intervened and ordered my MRI that proved adenomyosis(which I specifically told her I thought I had!). 1 month after I wasted my time seeing her unhelpful self, I found a wonderful amazing dr who gave me no problems and performed the hysterectomy I desperately needed. Since my hysterectomy (no thanks to her) I'm no longer struggling and happy. She is in the wrong profession and she should be ashamed of her ill nature. It was very apparent, she is not a "people" person

Dr. Kathleen Schaeffer's my favorite doctor in the whole wide world! My wife's life's in beautiful hands, I love & trust this super awesome doctor so much, not saying there aren't other good doctors out there, no need 2 look for 1, i'm happy with my wife staying with Dr. Schaeffer! She performed 10+ hrs & mins of surgery on my wife, & Dr. Schaeffer, also had her partner doctors assisting her, & checking up on her post surgery, I'm going 2 send them flowers! & I recommend her 360%. Success! YES!
