Dr. had no patience or tolerance for my 11 yr old daughters fear and apprehension of pain and the ingrown toe nail procedure. Dr was so impatient and fed up with my child that he walked out of exam room saying “I have no time for this today, Man”. Will never go back. Very disappointed by intolerance, impatience and attitude. Office staff was kind and wonderful, unlike Dr.

Very pleased with Dr Birk. He spent time expressing what his plan was to surgically improve my foot. He was thorough and professional at all times. I felt as though he saw me as a person not just a patient. His staff was five star. I highly recommend him

Dr. Birk is a wonderful and caring doctor; but sadly I am in agreement with the other negative review regarding his staff. I couldn't even get one of them to ask if Dr. Birk handled my situation to see if I needed to make an appointment. I am also a prior patient.

This has to be the worst office I have dealt with in my life. The staff is completely unprofessional. They lack knowledge and professionalism as well. Do not waste your time nor give them the business through your insurance. Sad excuse for a medical practice.

Very knowledgeable, ethical doctor. I wouldn't go to anyone else for foot care. After a botched surgery follow-up by someone else, Dr. Birk solved the problem in 3 visits.

Wouldn't take me back as a patient because an insurance companies mistake with a bill. Said they sent it to collections but I never got anything and isn't on my credit report. Avoid this place it's ashame cause he's a good doctor.
