DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! This place was an absolute nightmare! My friend’s grandmother was sent here for rehab a few months ago. One of her first days there, family came to visit around 3pm. They found her sitting in her own vomit. She had told them that she kept calling for help to be cleaned up and no one would come. She said she had been sitting there waiting for someone to come and help since 5am. After finding the staff and demanding for some help, the staff finally came and help cleaned her up.In addition, they had barely done any physical therapy with her — which was the whole reason we had her there in the first place. Oh and the staff doesn’t answer the phones when family members call to check up on their loved ones. My friend’s grandmother also developed a bed sore from the lack of PT.Overall, this place was atrocious. There was no empathy and they treat their patients like income and not like actual human beings. Please consider picking a better facility to send your loved ones to. For their sake and for yours.

Do not let your loved one be admitted to this facility. My brother in law was brought here for end of life/hospice care. and was treated inhumanly. They even picked at his food and ate some right in front of him. They left him dead in the bed for hours before they decided to call us. When they called they told me my husband died but it was really my brother in law. Then the woman on the phone started badgering as to when I was coming. Overall bad experience with uncaring staff. This place should be closed down and restaffed.

THEY HAVE A RUDE AFRICAN NURSE WHOSE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LOUD, DISRESPECTFUL ARGUEMENTIVE TO PATIENTS VISTORS! WHY BECAUSE SHE WAS ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT A LOVE ONE, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW SHE TREATS THE PATIENTS THAT HAVE NO ONE TO CHECK ON THEM! IM TIRED OF HEARING WE SHORT HANDED, IT'S NO REASON TO BE NASTY! SUPERVISOR LOREN IR LORRY I BET SHE WAS NIT DISCIPLINED AND THATS WHY THIS REVIEW GOING UP.. PEOPLE IF A LOVE ONE IS THERE PLEASE CHECK ON THEM!!

STAY AWAY..... Had to take a relative out of here to an emergency room

Very unwelcoming for family and therefore same applies to residents. Not welcoming and throughout the pandemic even when everything was loose and everywhere in the country, this place still Had strict, scheduling only visits. If you couple that in with the amount of time our family member would wait for basic services like water or other stuff they are unable to do for themselves, being completely bedridden, this place is more like A correctional facility compared to a nursing home. The experience we had with trying to help facilitate our family members care going forward, especially with the admissions department, Orlando, and Laurie, a nurse who were both condescending aggressive noticeably agitated and very unprofessional, especially around the holiday time. I family member was then told they would sit in the chair all day as a result of our disagreement on the phone with the horrible staff there, proving families constant fear that spiteful and unprofessional action would be taken against residents/ patients when family cannot be present.We highly emphasize we do not recommend this facility compared to the many others especially in the same area.

NEGLECT. INCOMPETENCE. RESULTING IN A HORRENDOUS DEATH OF MY MOTHER --BACTERIAL PNEUMONIA WITH SEPTIC SHOCK 106.8 FEVER WHEN ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL. NUMEROUS PRESSURE SORES. DEHYDRATION...MALNUTRITION.. LOST DENTURES, PHONE CHARGERS, AND RAPID LOSS OF CONTINENCE AND MOBILITY AS RELEGATED TO A W/C VS. THE WALKER SHE ENTERED WITH. PLEASE KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY FROM HERE!!! MOST STAFF USELESS, AND THE OTHER HALF WAS CLUELESS.

As a physical therapist who has worked and seen many SNF settings I can honestly say that this is the best one I have ever seen. They took very good care of my mother and even my father who was not their patient but stayed there to keep my mother company. Thank you so much to all the staff for your care, kindness and hard work. You guys are a blessing.

They are very nice to my Mom . They are very courteous and helpful . I have nothing bad to say. The place is clean . Mom is ok with the food and happy with the people.
