I have been to Dr. Rossi’s many times. I find him to be an excellent doctor with a very professional office staff. I have never waited more than ten minutes.

Due to the incompetency of Dr. Rossi's billing/administrative personnel, we were sent to collections and had to pay a penalty fee even though he was in network. Natalie was unable to copy our correct address that the hospital wrote THREE times on one page so we never received the bill on time. Dr. Rossi was assigned to us at Mountainside. We did not choose him which is another reason he should not have balance billed. Request a different doctor who won't screw you over.
