St. Joseph's Healthcare And Rehab Center's Online Review Report Card

My mom was admitted to the subacute area for several weeks and was treated with tremendous kindness and care. She was discharged to home stronger than ever. I can't say enough good things about every staff member, thank you!

We were very pleased with Michael Norbury (Administrator). He was very professional, compassionate and friendly. He gave us a tour of the facility and was VERY thorough explaining everything from medical to financial information. He was very patient answering all our questions and concerns. I would recommend bringing a pen and paper write all the info especially the financial parts.The facility was very clean and staff was friendly. This is a catholic facility with a chapel.So far I would give a good recommendation.

Want good professionals care then do NOT go here. Have zero client skills and could not be less helpful. May have only hit caregivers on bad day but they need to remember that their clients have families and may have a question or two. Good day

God bless the entire staff as they took care of my loved ones in a time when we could not visit. They were there everyday ensuring their needs were met. There will never be enough thank you's to express what this has meant in such a trying time. Do not hesitate in entrusting your loved ones in this facility. In my experiences with having 4 family members throughout the years here the staff has become an extension of my family!

Maintenance should clean the hallway floors at least twice a day. Even bathroom floors in patients' rooms and Staff BR are very sticky and unclean. Janitorial dept should be more conscientious.

Had a wonderful and enjoyable visit with my sister today that was enhanced by the caring and dedicated Carmen ( 2nd floor supervisor )

After my mother was mistreated at St. Joseph hospital in Paterson. It was a relief to experience great hospitality. My mother recover so quickly here. There were no complaints from this facility. Everyone was so helpful and professional throughout her stay.

I was a patient at St Joseph’s rehab and loved it. The nurses were wonderful to me during my 2 month stay. Therapist were wonderful too. I think the place is great. They had daily mass and great entertainment.😘💕Thanks again for all the love and support..Mary Bay

My Aunt has been here for 6 weeks for hospice care. She has mostly been on the first floor. We have found the staff to be professional and caring:all of the nursing staff, all but one CNA, and all the staff have been wonderful. The facility is clean, in a nice, peaceful setting, and the food pretty good with lots of options. My sisters and I have been here every day and many evenings during this time and feel comfortable with rating the facility. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that they could use another staff or two, especially on weekends, but perhaps this is because staff are rotating out on summer vacation now. I appreciate all the hard work floor staff do every shift and am happy that my Aunt was able to be here for end of life care.

Worst place to visit. I was with a group delivering presents to the elderly. The center had arranged for us to come. I was walking room to room delivering gifts when a nurse started yelling at me. Very rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
