My wife Suman Sharma had both total knee replacement done by Dr Aaron Forbes . He did an excellent job . Suman was in severe pain before surgery . Now she has no pain and can walk comfortably . Hello, my name is Angela C, I’ve been a patient of Dr Aaron Forbes for about 2 and a half years. He successfully gave me a healthy happy right hip joint about 2 years ago. I can genuinely tell a prospective client that I would have had Dr Forbes replace my right hip 5 years ago! I had such a great recovery and the best part for me, NO PHYSICAL THERAPY! Yay! No more scheduling appointments , looking for parking, waiting for my turn… actually Dr Forbes is a serious doctor who gets the scope of the surgery and he knows what will work best for you and what won’t. I didn’t want to have any PT, he said that was fine, I just had to walk as much as possible, The level of pain after surgery (my scar is perpendicular, about 1.5-2” and intersects right where the panty line is at the top of the thigh.) . Dr Forbes is open minded, doesn’t mind the, “I googled everything about this symptom etc” questions . His bedside manner is reserved, but he is professional, secure, confident and exacting. Tho

I battled a hip injury for 3 years, finally opted for a total hip replacement and was referred to Dr. Forbes. I’m an active woman in her 50s and thrilled with my progress only six weeks post surgery. Absolutely the best

First off, we always hear, "...this doctor is the best and so on". Let's be real, not every doctor can be the best. So, we often come to the "reviews" for some intel. What I read from Dr. Forbes's reviews, directed my decision to seek his help. Some background: 4 years USMC, lifetime athlete, 12 years professional MMA fighter, currently a competitive NPC bodybuilder. Humbling truth: I was told I needed a double hip replacement at 41 years old. Aside from the credentials, I could see Dr. Forbes takes the TIME to talk with his patients, like with me, and not once did I feel rushed. We did the left hip first, then 6 weeks later did the right hip. At the one week mark after both replacements, I was walking on my own without a cane, feeling great. He also spent time talking to me about, "now what's the plan" with competitive bodybuilding. He was real, and honest, told me I need to tone things down, and change strategies, but would be fine to keep competing. His time and honesty were very valuable, as I hear some docs telling patients you can go back to 100%, really? That logically will lead to a revision surgery as the new joint does wear down. So, from a former professional athlete, currently a competitive bodybuilder, I hope this review helps guide your decision on picking Dr. Forbes. Too many people feel rushed when they talk with a doc, but that's not the case with Dr. Forbes. Two hip replacements and everybody is amazed on my recovery and ability right after. Having a comfortable piece of mind throughout these two procedures was very key as well.

Dr Forbes did total hip replacement on my 70 yr old husband this winter. My husband experienced NO pain whatsoever post surgery and is thrilled he had the surgery done. Now walks faster than me...lol Highly recommended Dr Forbes. Cordial, explains clearly, not in a rush. Office it's run extremely well.

Unresponsive, uncommunicative, uncaring. Much more interested in talking to his cohort than to the patient.

A big shout out to Doctor Forbes Had a knee replacement in middle of December with a great outcome. Within 6 weeks walking without any assist from a cane and walking up down stairs simultaneously 2 weeks later. As with any surgery there will be some ups and downs with PT but you just need to keep pushing through and the outcome will be a very positive experience

Dr. Forbes and his staff are absolutely fabulous. In August 2018 Dr. Forbes replaced my left knee. While the process was not easy, I had an excellent recovery and was pleased to be out of pain. A year later, Dr. Forbes performed a right anterior hip replacement and the result was life changing. At about two o’clock in the afternoon after surgery I was up and walking pain free. The recovery has been easy. He is extremely professional, and focused. He readily answered all of my questions, and included me in a devising a care plan. I believe he is uses the most up-to-date techniques in his surgery. His staff is top drawer and pleasant. I would highly recommend him to anyone and have done so numerous times!
