This is a great company that will always put the needs of their patients first. Jeff and Sameer are the best down-to-earth duo to have gotten to know-- will always pick up calls and be there to answer promptly and professionally. Sameer is a strong leader who pours his heart and soul into the mission of the company and Jeff is diligent and passionate of the services they provide. As hard as the two of them work, their caregivers give just as much as they do.
I’ve had the pleasure of working for this company as a community liaison for almost two years now. Sam runs it in a way that facilitates a work environment that lets you feel that it’s not just a job but a calling. The focus, as it should be, is always on truly helping people who are in need of our services. As with any job, simply as part of the human condition, it’s not as if nothing ever goes wrong. The difference though is in how things are handled when a problem occurs. If/when an issue does come up, it’s consistently handled in a productive and professional manner in how our administration and staff interact to address it as one team, and in how the issue itself is resolved. To be brutally honest, when you work in the general field of marketing and/or admissions, you often deal with having at least some measure of reservations. You’re trying to honor your position and the salary which comes with it that keeps food on your table and roof overhead for you and your family. So you’re trying to bring in people to sign up with your services, and then do your very best to on their behalf make sure that any issues or shortcomings inherent within those services are handled. Sometimes you can find yourself banging your head against the wall in that endeavor though, and it can at times leave you feeling conflicted in your sense of integrity. That can make it a lot harder to do your job.I’m very happy to be able to share that this is not the case for me with Accessible. From day one, consistently, unwaveringly, I’ve found myself to be part of a team that I can count on to make our clients’/patients’ needs our top priority, and work together to ensure the highest quality of care and service that can possibly be provided within our scope of practice. There’s a genuine care for the people we look after, and it shows in our day to day activities, as well as in how we handle any issues and challenges that may come up. Don’t get me wrong, we take good care of ourselves and each other - everything in life calls for balance. But that being said, we expect and receive from each other the approach that what’s most important is making sure that people who are in need of our services receive the care they need at the best possible level of quality. It’s about them, and we work together and back each other up so that we can do that while also tending to our own lives and families. We are blessed with a great roster of aides working hard in the trenches, a great administrative staff coordinating and overseeing everything, and great professional contacts who we collaborate with in the field. We have Aarif and company heading Accessible as a whole, Sameer who’s the owner of our branch in Northern New Jersey, Sherrie who’s our wizard staffing coordinator, myself, and our wonderful aides, all working together to make sure people who are in need of our services are properly cared for. On every level, it’s a great company that I’m honored to be a part of, and I find personal fulfillment in being able to make a living on spending my time helping people. The truest of tests: I promote our services, but knowing what I know, would I entrust a loved one to our care even if I didn’t work for Accessible? The answer is a resounding yes, and without any reservations. THAT is what allows me to do what I do with the comfort of genuine sincerity. I trust Accessible to always provide their best efforts, and do so with competency.
It gives me a great sense of pride to work closely with Sameer Jani, Jeff Bayard and the team at Accessible Home Health Care of Northern New Jersey. As the Vice President of Accessible Home Health Care of Aventura in Miami-Dade County, Florida, it is my responsibility to form partnerships with agencies we can trust to care for our clients that split their time during the year in New Jersey and the Miami area. Sameer and Jeff are transparent, nurturing, and have created a connected company culture where each patient and team member feels accepted, valued and have a sense of belonging. Sameer and Jeff are empathetic, trusting and welcoming. Sameer has been providing care for over eleven years and his approach has been to ensure he and his team educate individuals so they can make informed decisions as they navigate their home health journey. Sameer and Jeff go above and beyond where most Medicare agencies may fall short. It is a privielege to know that when our patients go back to New Jersey in the summer months that they continue to receive top notch care. I highly recommend calling Sameer and Jeff to have a conversation about care.
I’m writing this review from the perspective of the wife of an employee, so this is about the quality of the company from that angle. Jeff Bayard promptly answers work calls and texts at literally any hour, every day of the week. His company doesn’t have an answering service. When someone calls, Jeff or one of his coworkers are the ones who answer the call themselves, at any hour. There are no off hours. At the same time, they work together and look after each other. If Jeff needs time to deal with or simply be present in a family moment, he can forward his calls to Sameer or Sherrie. He tends to check in with them anyway to see how things are going. It’s obvious he cares about his coworkers and the people they’re all taking care of, and I would expect nothing less from him. It’s nice to see that it’s not just a job for him though, but something that he’s genuinely into. It’s nice to see he works for and with people who obviously care about and appreciate him, and by extension, his family. I’m glad he’s got a healthy work environment, and that they’re in the business of making a positive difference in people’s lives. It’s a great company, and the work suits him well.
Accessible Home Health Care of Northern of New Jersey is not only a world class agency that cares about their patients/clients but they are an agency that cares about the welfare of the community at large. Accessible Home Health Care of Northern New Jersey employee , Ms. Sherrie Bloomfield. reached out to our church, Living Word Christian Fellowship, to make sure that our children had Chromebooks for their remote learning when the pandemic dictated that in person learning would not be available. Accessible Home Health Care of New Jersey donated enough Chromebooks to cover the needs of our local church and our community of family and friends. We are so grateful for the hearts of Mr. Sameer Jani and Ms. Bloomfield of Accessible Home Health Care of Northern New Jersey for sharing the love of God to all, from the young to the elderly. Accessible Home Health Care of Northern New Jersey is a caring and living organization that reaches out to those in need of care. Our prayer is that Accessible Home Health Care of Northern New Jersey be blessed with the same measure of compassion and kindness that you have given. On behalf of our Pastor Cedric Miller and our entire Living Word Christian Fellowship Family and Friends, We Thank You for caring...Elder Diane Hathaway
This company has staff which went out of their way to find home health aids who were very compatible for our family needs. However, we were most impressed when a health aid had difficulty arriving on time one day. We were provided one in spite of great difficulty because Jeff, the coordinator we worked with, understood how important it was to us.We appreciate that type of commitment this company has provided for us.
I would have no hesitancy on recommending this home health agency to anyone! Their professionalism combined with their caring manner cannot be topped.
I can't say enough how great my experience has been dealing with Accessible. I highly recommend this team of professional people and I can assure from experience, they will over deliver! You are all great and keep up the good work!
Great Home Care Agency that really cares! I recommend this agency to anyone looking for Home Care services.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
