I brought my son here as an emergency and the front desk wanted to turn him away despite clearly seeing that he could barely walk. However, the doctor did agree to see him. I can’t say that Dr. D’Agostoni had the best bedside courtesy but she was thorough. She followed up with us the next day about a test that was done on my son but was supposed to call me back after speaking with the radiologist and reviewing his lab results but I have not heard from her, not even after texting her, complete silence. That part is why I am giving her 2 stars because I don’t feel like my son is a priority to her.

Dr. D'Agostini was amazing, as well as entire staff. My son felt so comfortable and left happy. Dr. D'Agostini was thorough with her diagnosis and treatment. I already have my pediatrician recommending D'Agostini to all his patients and he is super busy. Excellent! Educated. Compassionate!

Dr. explained in detail what was wrong with my daughters knee. After I left the appointment I felt like I went through med school with all the knowledge she told us. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately my son came home crying and said the doctor was not really listening to what he had to say about his pain and concerns. Even though the doctor kept saying x-ray showed his bone was fine, my son understood that but it was the non-bone pain and the bumps underneath the skin that worried him. He felt his concern was neglected and the visit was a waste of time. I think it’s an example when a doctor was too “technical” and less “human” in communicating with the patient. It would have been better if the doctor can simply give some verbal acknowledgment of my son’s concern and the comfort that he is structurally okay. It’s the acknowledgment part that was missing - a kid doesn’t really nerd to rush from school to go to an appointment only to feel being dismissed for his pains and concerns.

As far as my personal experience, he’s the absolute best at what he trained to do…installation of knee prosthetics, pre as well as post Op. instructions and re-Han procedures. I’ll recommended a current knee patient and he is extremely satisfied w/ Dr. D’Agostini! Kudos Dr. Days!

Update: Careful they charge for everything, even faxes to other offices. Dr. D’Agostini was very thorough in explaining what the next steps would be. Highly recommend her.
