If you are a type 1 diabetic, Dr. Bradford Liva is for you. As a type 1 diabetic since 1964, Dr. Liva has performed miracles and preserved my vision. There is no one better. Plus he iexplains everything, is personable and kind.

Dr Liva came highly recommended and I understand why. He knows his stuff but he’s much too chatty about his life, kids, house, etc. In doing so he’s perpetually late for his next appointments and shows no respect for his patients time.

I started having eye flashes, I had a history of retina tear. Called my, at the time, ophthalmologist who took forever to answer my call. When he finally called me I had already found and was on my way to see Dr Liva who without hesitation was willing to see me even though his office was closed. Forever grateful. He explained everything and put me on the right path.

Dr. Liva has treated my MD for 20 years. I am now 80 & still have good vision despite many hurdles successfully treated by Dr. Liva. Highly recommended.

Dr. Liva demonstrates such care for his patients. His expertise is obvious and his confidence puts his patients at ease. He takes his time with each patient and yet there is never a long wait to see him-not sure how he does this! His office staff is caring, as well. Dr. Liva see several of my family members.

This doctor misdiagnosed me and abandoned my care. He talks more about himself than his patients. If you go to NJ Board of Medical Examiners you will see his malpractice settlement. He nurse is the nastiest person I've even had the displeasure to be exposed to.
