This is the 4th Physical Therapy place I have gone to in NJ and by far the best. I have complete confidence in my therapist, Kristy. This is the most important thing to me. Big plus is that every one is super nice and caring as well. They are all there to help you from the start at friendly reception, and there is no rush to leave until you're finished your program. Nice pace, big room, scenic windows. I like that they have automated reminder texts about your appointments and send professional at-home-illustrated assignments to your email. Finally a PT I don't dread going to.

This is my second time going here for a more serious injury. The level of dedication, respect and care is amazing. The PTs and trainers are highly invested in their patients and if you put the time in you'll be just as good if not better than before. It was a no brainer as my choice for PT. I was playing in a basketball league shortly after my last session. I will always choose Cedar Knolls JAG-ONE for my PT needs.

Peggy is a fantastic physical therapist who works with you where you're at. She is great at coming up with multiple ideas on how to improve your functionality so you can get back to your optimal self. Peggy goes out of her way and exceeds your expectations. She is extremely personable and very encouraging with her optimism.

My 12 year som had a major knee injury from soccer. He was immobile for like 4 weeks pain continue for 4 months. Once he was mobile JAG one trained him back to 100% movement. He was able to go to Red Bull’s RDS sleep away camp and perform his favorite sport. Thank you!! The workouts are amazing and well thought out. Highly recommend especially if your an athlete.
