Outstanding

Every time we visit, the waiting room is filled with elderly people who apparently all have the same exact appointment time. We wait on average 90 mins from beginning to end. The staff is abrupt and shows very little empathy for elderly patients who are receiving uncomfortable or very painful treatments. They are rough with patients and most importantly no one has ever worn a glove or even used purell as a gesture of cleanliness. Shouldn't this be mandatory, especially during covid? I am reluctant to comment during visits as I fear they will be even less attentive to my aunt who I take for frequent treatments. Dr. Sachs is friendly but clearly in a hurry to get to the next patient.

Brought my Mom for her appointment. She has been going for years. Lots of lines, lots of waiting. Moving from room to room. Very cold. Many associates who are very busy but pleasant. Doctor rushing from room to room seeing patients. Excessive wait times. Perhaps another doctor is needed in addition to Dr Sachs.

Dr. Sachs was very good took his time explaining my condition and course of treatment. Staff was very helpful and friendly as was the Dr.

Always over scheduled. Always! Not like any other doc I’ve encountered. He seems more interested in getting you out then treating problems. Rude to his staff too. He may be knowledgeable but there are other docs that don’t treat people and staff like that. Never. Again.

I have been seeing Dr. Sachs for over ten years now. His efforts have helped my macular degeneration stay in check and he actively monitors the vision in my good eye as well. Very good reputation among other doctors and patients. Very good bedside manner and an exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff. I highly recommend putting your trust in Dr. Ronald Sachs.

This doctor treated my octogenarian father and he was impatient, rude and borderline nasty. Some of the staff was impatient as well. Word to medical professionals treating the elderly... if you can't be patient, go into another type of specialty.
