Dr. Shaw is very kind and smart! She is very up to date when it comes to the developmental and behavioral aspects of the child. She not only sees the child as a patient, she likes to get to know the whole child well! Because of her, I LOVE going to the pediatrician (I'm a teenager)! I would recommend the entire practice of Touchpoint Pediatrics to anyone!

Dr. Shaw is an excellent pediatrician. She provides competent care to the patient and family. Dr. Shaw and the physicians at Touchpoint Pediatrics provided care to my children from infancy through college. Touchpoint Pediatrics is available 24/7 for their patients which makes that so wonderful for continuity of care especially in an emergency. Thank you Dr. Shaw for all the years of compassionate, competent and excellent care.

Unbelievably amazing practice and doctors. One of the doctors always gets back to you during office hours and after office hours. They have a great system and have always been able to squeeze us in if we needed to drop in for a non-routine visit. We chose not to exclusively request one doctor from the group and I must say every one of them has been amazing so far. Dr. Shaw was the reason we chose this group. She is very smart and up to date with the latest research including the developmental and behavioral aspects of the peds world. I feel like I am visiting family every time we go there. The staff and doctors are very helpful and will genuinely do everything they can to help you. I can't say enough good things about the practice and Dr. Shaw.

Dr. Shaw is amazing. I highly recommend this practice. She is not only well educated but is also up to date with the latest research/medicine and is an expert in behavioral and developmental aspects of the pediatrics world. The practice is a very well organized and although they have a few doctors they all enter the room picking up right where we left off with a different doctor during our last visit. Can't say enough good things about them.

Dr. Shaw is an excellent clinician. He approach is logical and accurate. SHe has a wonderful bedside manner. My kids love going there except of course when its vaccine time but this is a necessary thing. Dr. Shaw has taken the time to call me back and discuss my issues and concerns. Now I leave in the area but years ago I drove an hr to get to this office and it is worth it! In addition, when I need a sick call appt. I am seen right away. when my kids were in the hospital. Dr shawn personally called me after we returned home. This really touched my heart and I just cant say enough about how wonderful this practice is.

Usually when kids have to go to the doctor, they begin to feel some kind of anxiety...then comes the whining, etc. When my kids were little and would have to go to the doctor, they would jump in the car with a smile on their face! That's what Dr. Shaw (and her office staff) does, she makes you feel relaxed and as though you are going to visit family! She's always answered any of our questions and given us information so that when we leave her office we feel confident and at-ease with whatever the 'problem' or diagnosis. Thank you, for such a wonderful, calming, informative atmosphere you have created:)
