I've onlu been going to therapy for a little over a month now, and when I say Arielle is absolutely amazing, that is an understatement. I've never clicked with anyone as well as I do with her. She makes me feel so comfortable and heard when I come in. Arielle is one in a million and I can't wait to keep working with her!! Thank you Arielle!

Arielle is one of the best (probably the best) therapists I’ve ever had. She is a welcoming presence in this practice, and I genuinely look forward to my sessions with her.

I have had therapy here with Leah for over a year now and it’s been amazing! I am so grateful to have found her and this practice. She is very knowledgeable about neurodivergence and the LGBT community and provides very thoughtful, empathetic, affirming care! Highly recommend!

I have been visiting this practice since 2021 and have loved it so much. Arielle is a fantastic mentor who has helped me through so much! They’re always so easy to contact and payment/scheduling has always been seamless.

Wasn’t able to reach them for a phone call. Emailed about an insurance issue. Response was not helpful. Called my insurance for guidance about the issue and the reply. Was trying to resolve the issue. Was informed they would not submit the claim. Insurance company gave me directions to submit a form “complaint form”. I let this company know. They started emailed me to let me know the issue is between two different insurance companies. Also to let me know that the any complaint is considered a threat. Apparently open communication to resolve an issue will get you labeled as a threat. Now I’m reaching out about to them about labeling me as a threat. Waiting for a reply. Overall hard for my insurance company and me to reach them. Open communication is labeled is a threat.

Amanda and staff are amazing. Mr. Xavier is wonderful and truly great at what he does. My son has benefited greatly from his experiences with him. If you are looking for quality therapy for yourself or a loved one I highly recommend! They are very quick to reply to all phone calls and emails and you will get an appointment quicker than any other facility I have tried.

I was trying to set up an appointment with this place and when trying to schedule an intake, they completely ignored emails from me and charged a co-pay for absolutely no service provided. I emailed them about the charge and they did quickly respond and apologize for the charge made and refunded the charge. I will no longer try to make an appointment with this place.

My wife and I were having some issues with our marriage so we sought out A Brighter Tomorrow for marriage counseling. Our schedules didn't allow for visit on weekdays, but that wasn't a problem for them. They set us up with Michael who met with us on Saturdays which really worked for our busy work schedules. Michael was great! He helped find that balance we needed. It got to the point where started thinking of our sessions as date days, as we would go out to breakfast or lunch afterwards. Our child also sees Leah there and absolutely loves talking with Leah. Leah has helped our child navigate some pretty difficult situations. I would definitely recommend A Brighter Tomorrow to anyone who needs that safe place to get stuff off of their chest. Thank you so much Michael and Leah for being such good people and helping us through some difficult stuff.

Don’t say anything wrong to the receptionist or she might ban you from getting schedule with the therapist you been working with for months because she is in her feelings about nothing.
