If you don’t want to receive a surprise bill, be far away.So far I didn’t have any complain in regard this office, the doctor and nurses are really kind, however the front desk provides wrong information and they don’t own their mistakes.Before me and my son had skin tests done I asked in the front desk to provide me an estimate of costs. They said that it was covered under consultation copayment.Yesterday I received a bill!! I called and they returned couple minutes ago. First of all the lady didn’t let me speak, interrupted all the time, her voice tone was too high for a cordial conversation as I kept all the time. Second, it’s my problem if I have to pay, I need to discuss with my insurance. My point is I’m not arguing in regard insurance, I was and I am arguing their office procedure and the lady in a high voice tone continued ti repeat that they didn’t suppose to say that. It doesn’t matter if they didn’t at this moment, they did and their mistake is costing me money.I do NOT recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Toci is an amazing physician! He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and great with kids. He listens to his patients' concerns, and I never feel rushed during office visits.
