Dr Arvind and his staff we're very professional and caring ! Most importantly he and his staff kept exploring the potential cures for all of my ailments ! I wound up having seven operations for bladder stones and kidney stones ! Thank God I just didn't sit back and not accept the easy answers like other doctors do and have done ! Thanks doctor, Jim Dwyer

He was very kind and he took the time to meet with me before my procedure and during my procedure and after my procedure. He treats his patients like a family member or good friend. He doesn't hand you off to assistants.

All office & medical staff were courteous and professional and timely. Dr. Srinivasa has a great bedside manner. Our discussion was very thorough. Everyone seemed caring and personal. I did not feel like I was just a number. As a person with a medical background, I was very pleased. When I left I felt confident that I had made a good choice with this group and had the feeling that I was being treated by a kind and knowledgeable professional.

Dr. Srinivasan was fantastic. He did a surgical procedure on my bladder. He was really professional and personable. He personally called me at home twice to follow up and see how I was doing! His nurse practitioner was amazing as well.

I would give them no stars if possible. Their office cancelled 3 appointments within a month with Dr. Arvind Srinivasan. Then, when I did see him I was given the bums rush and my visit lasted 5 minutes. He is the only MD in that office. They constantly cancel and give you a doctor's assistant or an ongoing visiting doctor. Horrible customer service. It's like a third world country customer service. Do not recommend.

This office is very unprofessional! I had a emergency procedure done in the hospital on the July 3rd. I needed to have a follow up procedure to blast my stones. I started calling them on the 5th of July. It was the holiday weekend so I did understand that. I’ve called the office over and over for a week each time being told someone would call me back to schedule. No one calls back! I’ve ask why no one was calling me back and all they could say was that have to do the schedule. Ok so why are we not doing the schedule. A specific person Patricia was supposed to call me to schedule. Nothing no phone. call I finally was able to speak to her when I threatened to go somewhere else and I was going to make sure the hospital knew the problems I was having. It is now the 12th of July and she Still did not have a schedule and told me she would call me back when she has one. I will be going somewhere else.

Dr S is very good but don’t expect to ever get through to speak to anyone if you need any questions answered, you get recording and then the person is NEVER available and no callback . If you go tho office don’t expect the PA to be wearing a mask properly it’s always under his chin .

I saw Dr. Srinivasan for kidney stones. Before I underwent the procedure I specifically told Dr. Srinivasan to not put a stent in. I told him that the first time I had the procedure by a different Dr, I had gotten a stent and this resulted in my getting severe sepsis. I had a week's stay in the hospital as a result. Despite my telling all of this to Dr Srinivasan he went ahead and put a stent in. When it came time to recover the stent I asked for anesthesia and was refused. I did wind up with sepsis again and another week's stay in the hospital. Bottom line... When a Dr thinks they can do whatever they want despite your wishes, this is not a good Dr.

After a telehealth call with Dr Scott on 4-24. he send me to AMI for a CT scan. My insurance requires preauthorization so I called it in but was told the doctors office has to call it in. I called seven times between April 27th to May 18th 2020 for a preauthorization for a CT scan. The office took my info and promised someone would call back every time. Finally got a call after calling them 7 times, the person was very impolite. She said she’ll have it within 48 to 72 hours and call me back. Another week went by and still no call back so I called one last time. Guess what? I was told someone will call me before the end of day. No call back, no CT scan and still dealing with kidney stone pain. Will find another urologist. This office is a joke

Oh, I forget to mention he is very good looking. As a female I should have felt uncomfortable but I was not! Someone should put his picture up!!
