They have the nerve to tell you to get there 20 minutes early to check-in, even though you do it yourself and it takes 2 minutes. Then the doctor is always “running behind” and you’re stuck waiting almost an hour before you even see someone. My time is worth something too…

I received great medical care and attention from Dr. Stutzman at Cooper. I highly recommend him for your family Doctor.

Appalled. Dylan Yurasits refused to see my four year old daughter after we made a sick appointment over the phone and drove over 20 minutes in the pouring rain. Her symptoms of a fever and sore throat were disclosed at the time of the appointment booking. She tested negative for Covid using a home test and I simply wanted to make sure she didn't have strep. He asked we make a TELEMED appointment and refused to see her. You cannot test for strep via a computer chat. As a mother of three, this is the first time I've ever experienced a doctor refusing care for a sick child. Unacceptable and appalling.

When it comes to having a doctor (and staff) who put their patients FIRST, you want to go to Dr. Carman Ciervo at Cooper Primary Care - Cherry Hill, NJ.<br>He is thorough, compassionate, an excellent diagnostician, and passionate about the well-being of his patients. <br>My husband is diabetic and recently had to have a toe amputation (he was in and out of the hospital several times). When I told him I didn't know how I was going to manage (I'm 79 and have a bad back), Dr. Ciervo was instrumental in setting us up with Senahealth who coordinated all at home services for us--nurses, home care items, physician contact & all while making sure that everyone was kept up-to-date with photos of the wound(s) related to my husband's condition--they call EVERY DAY to see what we needed/continue to need, and how we were doing. <br>Dr. Ciervo and Senahealth are a Godsend to patients and caregivers who need care/help at home--expecially after being in the hospital.<br>THANK YOU to Dr. Ciervo and all the dedicated staff at Cooper Primary Care in Cherry Hill AND Dr. Anthony Wehbe's Senahealth.

I just moved to the area. Wanted to get a primary care physician established because of being on medications. I've been trying to get my medications represcribed since November. These are important medications. It is now December 24th and I've been without almost all my medications and I'm becoming symptomatic. I made an appointment that was canceled by the office because of a family emergency. Never offered to see another physician. Just plain out canceled. I'm highly irritated.

Been going to Dr Jafry for several years now. Very happy with my doctor and the staff at the office. I live an hour away and for me to continue to make the trip the doctor's are very good. V

I have never written a review! Never complained as much as I should have. TODAY WAS IT! I have multiple sclerosis, a lot of symptoms get pushed towards my disease. So luck hasn't been great. Today I seen Dr Rachel Miller for the first time. Aslo first time in the office. I've seen 3 different doctors about the same symptoms over 5 months. In 15 minutes Dr. Rachel Miller diagnosed me with a double bulging infection. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was extremely bright and great at what she doesn't. Not only was my provider great the front desk staff was friendly and professional. It was the best experience I've ever had at the doctor's. That being said...thank you cooper primary care of cherry hill.

Dr. Patel is great. He takes time and actually listens to you. You are not just a number in a line. The office staff is also extremely helpful if you need meds filled or a prior auth. They will even help you get to the referral line and you will speak to an actual person and not a recording.
