I’m giving 5 stars for Dr Monica Atkinson. Of all the doctors I have had, she’s one of the most thorough, she will take her time listening to her patient’s complaints. Never less than 15 minutes of session with her. She does not rush. I always feel better every time I see her. The staff? What can I say. The Korean lady there is very rude. Then when I was trying to get a ASAP appointment with my doctor due to breast lump which turned out to be stage 2 cancer, nobody bothered to read my mail. I had to see another doctor.Of course, waiting time is long. But that’s fine. But when I was late and called I was being 10 min late, the Korean lady there canceled my appointment.Again, 5 stars for Dr Atkinson.

I had a telehealth conference scheduled with dr. Atkinson at 3:40. I signed in, waited until 4:30 to call office, sandy said to stay on the conference and that the doctor was running late. I waited until 5:30 to call again to get voicemail saying office was closed to I pressed 7 to reach on call doctor. The person said this was not the first time this has happened. Update: dr Atkinson called at 6 after hours and she was so incredibly mice about everything and answered all my questions. I was amazed at her work ethic and working above and beyond no matter the time. I will definitely keep seeing her.

I signed in to teleconference at 3:40, waited until 4:30. I called office and sandy says dr Atkinson is just running late. I wait until 5:30 and call again. Office is closed so I press 7 and get routed to another receptionist. Apparently I'm not the only one who has been ghosted on a teleconference before. Unbelievable. The doctor seems nice and Angela one of the receptionists is really patient and kind. If I was just giving Angela a review, it would be 5 stars.Update: dr Atkinson called at 6. She was so kind about everything and I was amazed with her work ethic. Her office has been closed over an hour and she is still trying to reach all her patients today. She is really top notch and I will be seeing her again.
