Great experience at the office , Lauren was awesome at calming me in view of a mix up in the appointment scheduling…Dr Cooper also awesome, I didn’t feel rushed .
excellent doctor
Top notch, helpful staff and Dr Cooper is hands down the best.
My wife has Dr Coopers for pain management for approximately six months after searching for a doctor that she feels comfortable with and that cares how the treatments are helping with her pain and willing to explore other treatments if necessary. Dr Cooper is one of the best medical professionals we have encountered and we are thankful for her dedication to her profession.
Dr. Cooper has treated both my father in law and my 95 year old Grandma. She has help their pain tremendously, has wonderful bedside manor and is extremely professional.I recommend her to anyone!
Multiple visits and procedures for neck pain
Excellent. Couldn’t of gone better!
Dr Cooper truly cares and she listens! I did not want pain meds and she offered me healthier alternatives.
Dr Cooper is caring, compassionate and listens!
While not specifically with Dr. Cooper, My displeasure is with her practice. With several years of history with her practice, I was treated in the most unprofessional, and downright humiliating manner. I am beyond upset and will certainly be searching for another practice.
I disagree with the negative comments left on this site. I have been seeing Dr. Cooper for many years and she has saved my life. She has allowed me to get my life back. She really cares and her bedside manner is amazing.
Appears to care more about billing than taking care of people.
I've been in pain management for 10 years. never failed a drug test, so I was never kick out. my doctor retired so I had to find a new one. I picked Niti Cooper. she never cared about me or the pain and physical problems I am having. just the medicine I was on. it was a joke how she gave me a physical. absolutely no bedside manner. She is a horrible doctor. This placed is just a factory collecting money. Do not go to Niti Cooper or this group.
Patients beware. Any patient who visits this practice is well aware of the lack of transparency, promotion of secondary services/products which are of little/no help, and very little physician supervision. For example, it is not uncommon that a patient can be treated for years without seeing an actual physician (instead you are pushed onto physicians assistants and cannot see "your" doctor unless there is an emergency). Another great tactic is that you will be offered a genetic test to check how you metabolize medicine on a yearly basis (hint: your genetics don't change, this $2000 test is an easy cash cow). Or how about repeated allergy tests ... or a compounded medicine which is the same as an over the counter version but costs 30000x more. The list goes on an on. Dr. Cooper herself is very nice ... but unfortunately is constrained by the policies of this group that cares more about making money than partnering with their patients for better care. It's sad ... hopefully insurance companies will catch on eventually.
Dr. Cooper cares! She listens a response with the appropriate treatment
After multiple visits else where, Dr.Cooper made me feel like a person again
