My first contact was by phone. I spoke with Michelle. My next contact was at my appointment and I met Francis at the desk. I sat with Norbert for an hour plus. All contacts were exceptional. Sincere and patient was my opinion of my treatment. I recommend Depression Doctors highly.

My husband has had a positive experience since he’s been there, with quick availability for appointment's. If you any problems or questions that are urgent the doctor will contact you even on weekends.

The office staff was friendly & efficiently handled what was necessary. Carolyn Costella helped me diligently & compassionately. Carolyn Costella was very helpful. In fact, a friend of mine has since also obtained her as her psychiatrist. My friend is pleased with her counsel. I appreciate Carolyn Costella’s counsel. She is trying to be very helpful in my situation as it presents itself. As I needed my prescriptions renewed right away, Carolyn Costella wonderfully let my pharmacy know immediately. When I returned home, I received a text to come & pick up my prescriptions at my pharmacy. I was very grateful. I appreciate that Carolyn Costella knows, as I’ve told her, about my situation as to what is wrong with me & offers suggestions of how to handle the reactions that people have to me when they’re in my presence. She has good suggestions & is compassionate.

The doctors at this clinic are excellent. They are knowledgeable, caring, and truly passionate about helping their patients. A special thank you to Dr. Alic, who is by far the best psychiatrist I have seen. He listens, shows genuine compassion, and makes you feel supported throughout your treatment.
