After a long search for a therapist who i actually felt comfortable talking to, i found Rena. That was around 4 years ago and since then shes helped me through so much and taught me a lot, highly recommend!!!

Honestly I don’t like people. I also don’t like talking but therapy was apart of my treatment so I gave it a go. Almost 2 month later and I find it incredibly easy to talk and open up to Rena.

Rena is hands down the best! We searched for a long time to find a therapist our son could ‘click’ with and when we met Rena we knew our search was over. She has been instrumental in the change we see in our child and also in our family. I’m appreciative of the calming atmosphere her office provides during hectic times.
