List of Gleimer Barry's Reviews
No written instructions provided to my 90 year old mother after surgery for a broken arm. Only a discussion with another surgeon at 9 pm after the surgery. Called the office 3 times over 5 days since she was discharged from the hospital and still have not gotten any response as to when staples should be removed, if they can get wet, how much she can move her arm when. Absolute abandonment.
Regional Orthopedics in Cherry Hill is NEVER patient first by any standards. They double charge, 1 for prescription appt and 1 for injection apt, They never combine them to save the patient any copays. I was trying to get my prescriptions refilled after they ran out because they did not have any appointments available and called the office 7 times, Faxed the office 4 times and no one would ever return my attempts. They are always very rude.I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.
thorough, efficient, informative
Dr. Gleimer has great bedside manner.
The wait times on phone and in office can be long, but I have patience so no biggie. Forms can take a week or two (Same at most places) to be completed. I understand that the place is very busy and sometimes isn't fully staffed. I've been coming here for a few years and have seen improvement in the staff and the administration. I like the way I am treated. My pain has improved a lot and I like that the providers seem to really care about my well being. Everyone is nice at the desk and phones.
This office cares more about a dollar than human beings. Was having an urgent orthopedic issue and needed to be placed on the schedule to be seen. I was told there was a residual balance discovered that needed to be paid. I offered to pay the balance at my appointment date. Their office said no. We can not accommodate you until this is paid. I offered my credit card over the phone and was advised that you need to go to a different department. That department would not answer a call nor return one. I called the office again to attempt to pay in office at my appointment date. I was declined. Was advised to go to the Emergency Department if you want to be seen earlier. It is a shame that a patient would have to burden the emergency department to handle an urgent in-office matter over a dollar. This offices morales have succumbed to greed and has adopted a money first and patients last policy. Word to the wise.. don’t ever have a residual balance that exceeds.01 cent and have an urgent issue at the same time. You will be shuffled to the rear and forced to the emergency room just to get referred back to their office and this time with a hefty ER bill to accompany it.
Thorough, great personality, so far great results from meniscal surgery.
Dr. Barry Gleimer is a top notch Orthopedic surgeon and has over 40 years of experience. I broke my right leg Tibia and Fibula.Effortless process fast and scheduled immediately. When I went back to see him he said "well it's broke" he made light of bad situation and made me feel immediately comfortable.Great bedside manner super thorough examination and advised me on my options. Which was a procedure called a IM NAIL which made sense for my situation.A IM NAIL basically means a fixed rod with screws down through my Tibia right above my ankle. If you need a serious Dr who gets the job done Dr Gleimer is your man. Thank you Dr Gleimer and staff.
Dr Gleimer is a great listener, explains things and doesn't rush you out the door. The girls are great

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
