I saw Dr. Jerrido twice. My first visit I was not at all impressed. She showed no compassion for my issue. She actually told me something totally incorrect! My Dermatologist made the correct diagnosis. I went back to her afterwards. She performed a simple procedure but at both visits she made me feel extremely uncomfortable, she was lacking in the cheerful department & in being friendly. She seemed uninterested in me as a new patient. No emotion/ no empathy. She told me I could not wear a certain type of shoe...... Nonetheless, I will not be returning to see her. I will see a different Cooper Podiatrist. Thanks but no thanks. I prefer happy, friendly & nice Doctors. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Lackluster chair side manner. Treats patient visits like a nascar pitstop. Doesn't spend time explaining treatment options. I felt like an inconvenience, nuisance asking questions regarding her proposed treatment options. Hopefully my issue is resolved because I don't see myself returning to this practice/doctor.

Dr. Jerrido is impatient, hostile, and unprofessional. When asking questions about my treatment and what to expect, she instantly became angry and aggressive, and would only give very brief, vague, and unhelpful responses. This was after I told her that I was very nervous (because I expected my treatment to be painful). I asked for more information, and she doubled down on her aggressiveness. At one point, she stormed out of the room saying "I don't think this is going to work." At no point did I raise my voice or become belligerent with her, although my heart was racing from having her speak to me in such a hostile tone, and glaring at me with furrowed brows. I was given no information on how to care for my feet until I could be seen for surgery. I was given very little information about the surgery itself or what to expect. I was told I would be contacted by the surgical center but that NEVER happened. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

After chemotherapy left me with the side effect of hand-foot syndrome, my oncologist advised I should visit a podiatrist. Dr. Jerrido and her staff are very professional, cheerful and extremely compassionate. I am very pleased.

It was wonderful! She was very patient and made my child feel very comfortable. She was very thorough with how to proceed with care after the visit as well.
