Kristene Whitmore's Online Review Report Card

I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and witnessed such a lack of professionalism by a physician to both the staff and patients. Dr. Whitmore entered my room making comments about how I’ve seen other providers in the practice - I had to because my provider is in her practice and is on maternity leave so that’s why I had to see Dr. Whitmore who is covering for her. She argued with me about my lab results and brought in a medical assistance to berate her about why she couldn’t see my labs and how did I as the patient know my results and she doesn’t. It was uncomfortable to witness and I felt bad for the medical assistant for being subjected to that in front of a patient. A couple of weeks prior I was in the office in my scrubs and she didn’t realize I was a patient and not a staff member and she was incredibly nasty to her staff and was having a tantrum about her schedule. She snapped at myself and my husband because we dared to ask her what the plan was for my health issue before she examined me. She then told me she doesn’t treat my issue and I need to go somewhere else which is the opposite of what the nurse practitioner in the same office told me. It was the most painful physical exam I have ever had. Ive had pelvic exams by other providers and never been in that much pain. I will never go back to her and it’s a shame that she speaks to her staff that way and to patients that way. Gynecological care is uncomfortable for most women. The last thing a patient needs is a nasty, condescending physician who brings staff into their room to berate them. You don’t have to be a fluffy bunny but you need to be respectful of others. I would not recommend going to see Dr. Whitmore. In my opinion she is burnt out and easily overwhelmed and takes it out on both patients and staff. Perhaps it is time to retire.

Very nice place the Doctor is helping me with my health the nurses were very nice to me I would recommend Doctor Whitmore besides I liked her red cowgirl boots A friendly and clean place and the wait wasn't long either the only thing I didn't like was the ride there I don't like route 70 always packed but everything else was nice Thank You Dr Whitmore for helping me and the ladies were also helpful God bless them all and I also want to thank my other doctor Dr Galdi MD also a nice doctor and sweet person I may only put what I saw or went thru so it would be up to you to decide if that is the place for you

She was late seeing me. I went to her for botulinum therapy, but instead gave me all these pills, one of which was a suppository. I told I was uncomfortable with that (as well as the surprise GYN visit), and told me I should go to therapy about it. She was late, rude, and had no idea why I was there. Some of her prescriptions even cost me money. She's supposed to be the best uro-gyno in South Jersey, but she failed me.

This place was great. Dr G & Dr Whitmore were professional and personable and treated me like a person and not a number. Excellent bed side manner and kept me comfortable throughout. Would recommend to everyone.

She put me on 60 mg of OxyContin that I had to to take every 4 hours.I had ever been on opioids before and was fully addicted in two weeks! Then she wanted me off it with no help. Also she put a permanent interstim implant in me without my permission. Tried to impress me with her celebrity customers and book she wrote. When I was crying in her office due to my severe pain she yelled at me. Worse Dr. I ever saw in my life. I still suffer from severe interstitial cystitis and on opioids but I am in pain management plus I have cancer now too. Just find a different urologist she is cruel and is the worst Doctor I ever saw in my life! They should take her license away! She does not even deserve one star as another reviewer stated! Just find a different urologist it will save you a lot of pain and suffering!

Hated to give her even one star. Dr. Whitmore misdiagnosed me. I was in pain and misery for years following her surgery, which she let a newbie practice on me. She is also man hungry, and prevailed upon me to tell her the unmarried doctors I knew of. A nightmare.

(posting from alias for privacy). While Dr. Whitmore seemed nice and knew her stuff, I felt this practice was highly mismanaged and money-hungry. Zero empathy from the staff over the stress from having to travel so far to see the doctor, not to mention the cost. She wanted to do a double Interstim implant, and wanted to wait until my psoriasis medication kicked in to prevent me rejecting the implant. Sound advice; I gave it a couple months to heal and asked her to call my dermatology provider and vice versa. I got a note back from someone in the office demanding I come in from out of state again. That's when I got done, I was fed up with the lack of continuity of care, and went back to my local doctor whose office has a great bedside manner.

Dr Whitmore is the only doctor to see for treatment of interstitial cystitis. I've been her patient for 25 years. She is the only doctor who can help me. She listens to me and cares.
