I did not have a good experience here. My first therapist cancelled most of my appointments (same-day) and was no longer with the practice. My second therapist here also cancelled many of my appointments (same-day). When I was sick and had to cancel same-day, I get charged a $100 fee and the billing department was no help. My second therapist ALSO left quite soon after I started with her, giving me a one-week notice. I quit therapy altogether due to the cancellations and stress of continuing to open up to people that end up leaving.

My counselor Jessica was fantastic but the administration of this McPsychiatric McService is the absolute worst. They won’t return your messages, phone calls and generally screw up the experience. They will charge you directly for your visit even if you have insurance and will never call you to clarify. Outside of my counselor, no one working in the business had any idea what they were doing. Pass.
