This place is god awful waiting an hour+ for an appointment on NFL Sunday completely missing 3 quarters of football. Would rather die sick then come to this dump again

I have brought my children here multiple times. This place has been a lifesaver when I am unable to get in with my pediatrician. Todays visit I’ve witnessed the staff being treated so poorly when they are just trying to do their jobs. Thank you for all that you do and being available so late at night

Heather was wonderful with our son this evening. Despite a long wait, which is out of their control, our visit was not rushed. We are very confident with the abilities of the staff and appreciate their service. If the situation presents itself, we would absolutely choose PM in the future.

I am a Registered nurse certified in Pediatrics, and critical care. I am also a supervisor and nurse executive. A pediatrician recommended my daughter take her children to this site for COVID testing due to direct exposure over 5 days ago accompanied with covid symptoms for 2 days. She was denied testing for her 2 very young unvaccinated children by 2 receptionists that I do not believe are even nurses. Need we wonder why the virus is spreading so rapidly? This is on the heels of 2 major holidays. When I called to question the logic or lack there of, I was asked if they did at home testing. Has anyone attempted to purchase an at home test kit in the last few weeks? Good luck! My advise? Do not consider this facility for testing. They should not list themselves as a testing site because in the long line of people there for testing all were refused. Wow! I’d love to see the qualifications they list for testing! This is gross negligence and a huge disservice to the public!Sure you are disappointed with the review! I already left my information with CHELSEA who could give 2 cares about my complaint. She said she would give my information to the office manager to call me back. SHE HASNT!!! No worries! I already filed my complaint with the NJDOH tell them how concerned you are!

horrible service. refused to give my daughter an x ray for a possible obstruction and the front desk girl told me their “x-rays only show metal” .. i would not suggest going here at all especially if your child needs an x ray and has no metal in their body. it seems they are useless at that point. I have never been so dismissed by staff in my life. and frankly lied to, seeing that x-rays show more than mental . they seemed annoyed from the moment i walked in without an appointment, even though i called ahead of time and was told walk ins were welcome. i will never go back. DO NOT GO HERE. temped to file something for failure to treat a patient and lying to a patient.

We brought my baby to get tested they were very helpful. I really like the atmosphere it's really cute and kid friendly

After explaining why my daughter needed to be seen, the receptionist asked my husband, “Well, why don’t you just give her Tylenol.” Hello?!? Covid?!?

My toddler fell asleep in the car before I was able to go in and grab his back to daycare note. Stephanie at the front desk was SO KIND and understanding. She brought his doctors note out to my car so I didn’t have to wake him up. My 3rd time here and each time it is a great experience as a new mom. THANK YOU.

The worse facility in the area. The person at the front desk refused to register my granddaughter, that was very sick coughing a lot, because I was not the mother, but the grandmother that takes care of her while my daughter is at work. I had been at different facilities and this is the first time that I went through this awful situation. It is very clear that this people does not care about the patients (The Little ones ). Do not waste your time with this uncaring, unethical and unprofessional monsters
