Hi. I am seeing Dr. Lotano post covid for breathing issues . She is so calm, and a great listener . She listens to every problem and takes time with the patient . Usually the Doctors are always in rush but she is different. Would definitely recommend her to everyone !!!Dr. Lotano also responds to messages in Mycooper app very frequently.

I highly recommend Dr. Lotano as an extremely professional and caring physician. She took the time necessary to direct my careat my initial visit and was thorough in her examination and plan. Her team cared for me while I was an inpatient at Cooper and I felt like I saw them more often than the nursing staff.

I'm not sure where to begin. This whole pulmonary practice is terrible. Not caring. I was in hospital not cooper. When I was discharged I tried for 7 days to get a hold of doctor lotano or anyone. I was not feeling good. My oxygen was low and couldn't stop coughing. Finally a manager jim or James was trying to get a hold of Dr lotano. Took 2 days and was gonna call pharmacy with cough medicine which took 7 more hours. They gave me a appointment with a reg nurse. Which was like to to keep me quiet. Cause she did absolutely nothing Megan. Im am so upset cause here I am weeks later had to find a new pulmonary doctor where I could be better by now. Was told Dr lotano is in icu to see someone else. So please be aware before you go down this road

Dr. Lotano has always provided excellent care in my openion. She is always very friendly and approachable. I feel very comfortable with her decisions about the care I receive. I trust her judgement. She always follows through with test results by calling me. She truely cares. I sent my mother to see her, because my mother was not happy with the care she received from another doctor. She loved her. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and relatives to her.

Dr. Lotano is kind and has excellent bedside manner. she didnt rush me. she answered all my questions during the visit. she went out of her way. I was referred by a friend who spoke very highly of her. I like her very much and trust her openion and judgement.
