List of Rinnier Robert's Reviews
It saddens me to write this review because I had been seeing Dr. Todd Rinnier for close to 8 years. I trusted his knowledge about so many different types of pain and believed in the procedures and medications that he offered me to help me regain a life that wasn’t dominated by chronic pain. I was so happy with his care that I referred two of my family members to seek relief from him as well. He was always available, compassionate and appeared to have a true desire to help people who lived with pain. As for myself, I have always complied with any surgical procedures that would provide me with relief and took the medications he prescribed as I should have. I have never given any reason to Dr. Todd Rinnier to believe that I was seeking medication in all the years I was under his care. The last time I saw him , I was receiving an in office procedure and when I inquired about my medication that he had been prescribing me for years, he made comments to me but definitely not about me and then gave me a list of other pain management providers that would treat me because he no longer would. I’m not quite sure what happened that day although he did mention getting sued for prescribing medications several times during my procedure. Whatever experiences that he has had ( and I’m sure there are plenty) did not pertain to me. Hopefully, my new pain management doctor will treat me as an individual and not put me into a category in which I don’t belong and will not provide me with the care that I deserve.
I was very hesitant of going to a pain management doctor. With the convincing of my psychologist that it would help my mental well-being, I made an appointment to see Dr. Rinnier. I was nervous, scared and skeptical. Everything I thought or imagined was inacurate. He spends as much time as needed. I have never felt rushed while in his office. He answers all my questions. He is thourough on all his procedures and options. I feel blessed I ended up with Dr. Rinnier. He may have saved my life. I was using a walker and pretty much had given up on life. 2 years later I, THANKS to DR. Rinnier I am walking independently. The stabbing and constant pain I lived with 24/7 is gone. I thank god everyday forDr Rinnier. Sometimes I am afraid I may wake up and the pain will be back in pain. Dr. Rinnier brings me back in anytime I am having any discomfort.
I really like Dr. Rinnier. He is a very down to earth and genuine Doctor And person. He went to bat for me when fighting the insurance company and he is there to truly help people. He listens and he will do what he needs to, to help you. I would definitely recommend. His staff is also very friendly and accommodating. (cherry hill office)
I was a patient of his for years and he was very good in the beginning. As time went on, he built a large following and invested in a surgical center where he does his procedures things quickly changed for the worse. On several occasions he did not show up for my scheduled appointment and nobody from the office called me. The last time he was in but according to staff was "double booked" and could not see me even thought I waited for over a month to get the appointment. I was told I was moved to the NPs schedule but nobody would own up to doing it. He told me in the past all I needed to do was ask to be seen by him and he would arrange to see me. He did not keep his word. Never an apology from him, just too busy making money to care about me. Had a problem with the surgical center he partially owns and while not going into it until I hear back from my attorney my wife who use to see him now has to be moved to a new doctor at another practice which is just not fair to her. He may be technically skilled but somewhere along the way he lost his humanity.
Dr. Rinnier is awesome. He listened to me, and reviewed my health records, answered all my questions and came up with a wonderful treatment plan.
Dr. Rinnier is by far one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He takes the time to explain things and encourages an holistic approach. He's not just about writing scripts. His bedside manner is one of a kind and he talks to you like a real human being. His assistant, Stephanie, is also one of kind. She is very attentive and walks you through everything that is going to happen after your visit with him. Sometimes its hard to get through to the right person at the office and you get passed around but anytime I call I just ask for her and she handles it immediately no matter what. The waiting room time is long but its ok but he's worth the wait!
Exceptional ServiceDr.Todd Rinnier is controlling my pain i.e. back, migraines with a new procedure that's wonderful as I have been clear of my inabilitating headachesfor weeks now. Had to wait months at my last practicenerjust to be seen. Thanks Dr.Todd.
Dr. Rinnier saved me! I have several herniated discs, bulging discs, pinched nerves, compression spine fracture, osteopenia, spinal stenosis....the list goes on. I tried so many medications, chiropractor, physical therapy.....nothing helped. Then I found Dr. Rinnier. He prescribed non-invasive medications, recommended herbal supplements, and an inversion machine, and I am 75% better! The best I could imagine being! Besides his expertise and intelligence, he's actually a really nice, normal guy with a fantastic bedside manor. I LOVE this doctor! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!!
the dr explains various ways i can keep my pain in check. im getting a third lumbar epidural.today.
Touched based on everything for my follow up. Including meds, referrals, it was smooth and fast and came to an agreement!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
