Kate is my go to eating disorder therapist for referrals! She has a way of showing up for others in a warm and genuine way. You can tell by just a simple conversation, just how much she cares about the person in front of her. Her knowledge and passion around eating disorders and athletes, allows others to feel seen and understood. At the same time, Kate will call out the complexity and helping someone sit in the dialectic of “I want to change my body” and “I know I need to fuel my body more”.
