Great place. Professional, efficient. Top notch care immediately. I have had 2 incidents one broken bone, one tendon tear both causing excruciating pain. This place got me in and took care of me better than any other facility could.
I went in as a walk in with a foot injury and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long and felt like the doctor really listened to me. I will definitely be returning
Dr. Kahan laid out all of my options and helped me make the best decision for me. He was available for all of my questions and made the whole process easy. Overall the care I got was fantastic.
Dr Barrett is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. Would highly recommend him for all your orthopedic issues.
Short wait time. Knowledgable staff. Great guidance for my recovery. Dr. Kahan was personable and very knowledgeable about my injury. I would highly recommend anyone with an injury to go to Sprains, Strains & Fractures.
I have been seeing Dr. Barrett for approximately 5 years for my knees. He is absolutely amazing- a brilliant, knowledgeable, caring, and kind doctor. I trust him 100% with my medical issues. I saw Dr. Dalsey when I smashed my wrist. He is a brilliant surgeon. Very different from Dr. Barrett..... but I really liked his "dry wit" and loved that I could, like Dr. Barrett, trust any answers to any question I had. Had I ended up with surgery, I would have trusted him 100% to do it. In the past I had an issue with one of the office staff, but that was several years ago. Since then I have had only great experiences and kind treatment from every person working in the office. I most definitely highly recommend Sprains, Strains, and Fractures.
Dr. Barrett is the BEST!!!! He listens and will figure the best plan for your pain. He never rushes you and explains everything if you have any questions. If you ever have a problem he tells you to call and let them know. The staff is always awesome they are friendly and caring. If you need Orthopedic doctors this place is the place to go. I have heard good things about the other doctors associated with Sprains Strains Fractures
Go anywhere else, I mean it. I went here on a whim after a quick google search, attracted by its convenience. I wish I would have taken more time to shop elsewhere. The place is slovenly and disorganized. I felt like I did a better job when I was younger playing “doctor” with my doctor kit. In addition, the front office staff is unprofessional and rude. I witnessed an altercation between a receptionist and a 90 year old man that disturbed me. He was injured and seeking help and she was refusing him service because of a policy, but showed zero compassion or respect for an elder. She then screamed “shut up” and started slamming the window shut. It was disgraceful and I’ll never be back. I implore you to go elsewhere.
The last two experiences we've had at SSF in Cherry Hill have been horrible. My son went here 2 years ago for a broken wrist and we saw a hand specialist who had horrid people skills and we were so creeped out we went to Rothman Ortho. Just recently we took my son there for a ankle injury. This time we saw a nurse practioner. They took xrays and he diagnosed a bone bruise. We went for a 2nd opinion at Rothman Ortho. Their Foot & Ankle Dr. read thier xray and say no doubt it's broken and surgery may be needed. After this last debacle, I'm through with SSF, unless it's life threatening. Our insurance doesn't take Rothman's Urgent Care Service, which is why we always end up at SSF. I learned my lesson on basing selecting Healthcare providers solely on insurance.
Thank you Dr. kahan and staff for taking care of me, not once but twice

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
