Dr. Shehata is one of the best Gastrointestinal physician I ever had. He has a warm heart & listens to what you have to say & answers any & all questions one may have. Dr. Shehata puts you at ease when worried about something. That is why I stayed with him for 20+ years. Excellent in communication skills with patients & all procedures that were done went well. I wouldn’t change to another doctor even if you paid me. Dr. Shehata is EXCELLENT!!

I recently had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Shehata without sedation and it went smoothly. Minor discomfort, no pain. Dr. Shehata talked to me the whole way through explaining what was going on. It was really interesting. He was very calm and reassuring during the whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Shehata!!

Visited Office 3 months ago. Dr was unavailable. They said they will call me back for endoscopy. Never did. I called 3 times, left messages for Sharlene. She is never available at her desk. I always get voicemail. Its been 3 months, they are not able to schedule endoscopy and I have not seen Doctors face yet.

My husband is a patient of doctor shehada. He is happy with him, but not with his medical assistant Tiffany, she is inept and needs to be able to do her job without blaming someone else for her not doing her job.
