List of The Center For Emotional Health Of Greater Philadelphia, Llc's Reviews
As a psychologist myself I think very highly of Dr. Deibler and her team, many of whom I've had the pleasure to collaborate with over the years. Her staff is well trained, knowledgeable, and top notch. They offer excellent trainings for professionals wanting to learn more about evidence baed therapies. I have referred clients to their practice over the years and will continue to do so.
Such a wonderful dedicated group of mental health providers! As a psychologist, Center for Emotional Health is always one of my top choices for referrals. They are caring, knowledgable and provide excellent, evidence-based therapy and assessment. I highly recommend them!
I have never experienced such incompetence. Over the course of six sessions, I was not given a single word of psychotherapy advice or CBT. We floundered slowly along using questionnaires and diagrams, achieving nothing. In the end, I was refused further treatment because the therapist determined, finally, that he was not a fit for me. In addition, his mannerism was that of an automaton. He always gave the "I'm sorry that must be tough" insincere sounding response to my statements. Please skip this center.
The Center for Emotional Health is a wonderful resource not only for individuals in the Greater Philadelphia area, but in many states due to their interjurisdictional license to provide much needed care in many areas of the US. They are also a fantastic resource for high quality and affordable professional training. Wonderful therapists and state of the art treatment.
I've gone through some of the continuing education here. They're clearly a practice that values evidence based training and practice.
Dr. Joshua Lovell in the Princeton branch is a great therapist. He listens and helps you feel understood. He also gets to the root of your problems and helps you be more in tune with yourself and in the moment. I appreciate all that Dr. Lovell has done to help me increase my self compassion, and to take steps towards living my life the way I want to live it. I definitely recommend him as a mental health counselor!
As a person who wasn’t always keen on trying something like this, I have had nothing but a great experience so far. Working with insurance, working with my schedule, and the overall service itself has been an awesome thing. I get why people are hesitant to put their name on a review for this, but I have nothing but positives to share.
Mr. Michael Gotlib was not professional and did not practice safe mental health techniques. He was not prepared to speak with me. His home wi-fi did not allow him to teleconference face to face. He told me I should feel fortunate that I spoke to him. He told me I would not be able to talk to any other provider for 2-3 months. He told me I was frustrating. He told me to refer to him as "doctor". He hung up on me. Now it seems they are blocking my phone calls. My suicidal ideations are up. I fear for my health. They take no responsibility for their actions. No stars. Also, Marla Diebler refused to speak with me when I wanted to speak to someone about how I was treated.
This organization caused more stress, and complications for our family than anyone would imagine. I would never use or recommend this group to help in anyway.
I see everyone had a 5 star experience with this place... but they dont answer the phones... leave a message and they wont call you back... if they answer seems like i'm bothering them.. Hopefully someone reads this and improves whatever they got going on there.. maybe theyre having a bad month.. or their phones dont work.. Regardless.. I'll be nice and give 2 stars instead of 1

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
